I don't think there are any difference in rights between the races on the books, but how they are protected may vary. What's your point, are you just bored and angry at work?

Legally none that I am aware of. I think the difficult and perhaps uncomfortable question is how much do implicit biases lead to inequality in terms of how the law is applied? I am 14 books in on various aspects of social psychology and can say one thing for sure, implicit biases can and do impact outcomes. To what degree, I do not know. But the fact that implicit biases do influence our judgments is to me a key aspect of judicial prejudice.

Legally do black Americans have the same rights as me? Yes. Do I gain special privilege based on being a member of a racial majority? Based upon what I have learned about human bias I cannot bring myself to say no, but neither do I feel comfortable in saying yes. It is an area I need to read some books that address the issue more precisely. One book I am reading that does broach the subject is called Biased by Jennifer Eberhardt, Sociologist.

I think the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which enforces laws that make discrimination illegal (denied their rights) in the workplace would disagree. They are not idle. You seem to be trolling to own the libs.

In your example we have the government making sure rights are NOT violated.

The dept deals with the VIOLATIONS of the RIGHTS of any and all Americans.

That means that the rights of POC are being VIOLATED which DEBUNKS the vapid race bait content in the OP.
