    Before seeking surgical solutions, the patient must be dissatisfied with their appearance. Wasn't this appearance of femininity/masculinity created for them?

    The image of femininity/masculinity is a social construct. While we may have been conditioned to view eyelashes, lipstick, and long hair as feminine, in other parts of the world, an elongated head and neck are viewed as feminine.

    We know that males will never menstruate or give birth and females will never produce sperm. That means we are only discussing ones desire to project an image that was created for them, right?

    The article says she was 35, not 16. Such surgeries are nearly nonexistent for underage people, which is good given the fact its a very invasive procedure. .

    Do you mean if a tiny little bit of the taxes I pay are used to pay for these procedures?

    I would generally be unhappy with that, but that's not the issue at hand in this thread, since I do not live in Canada.

    To all liberal parents in here looking to do this to their sons for social points, I encourage you to research it as many of these MAN-made vaginas give lots of problems to these "WOMEN".

    That makes no sense.

    Go and ask any 4 or 5 year old if they are a boy or girl. They will say one or the other — this is their gender identity. It’s that easy.
