Casey Anthony Innocent: What's Wrong with America?

Hard to imagine how anyone can babble on and on about Casey and her 'good looks' - yet here you are again.....

Apparently the fact that this cold-blooded pathological lying 'one fine honey of a babe' was out dancing and having a gay old time, knowing where her little 2 yr old was - thrown in the woods w/duct tape on her mouth & nose is just trivial stuff to you.... whatta guy!

 

Direct evidence is eyewitness testimoney of a crime being committed, which is notoriously unreliable, and confessions.

So, in most criminal trials the majority of evidence, and the most reliable evidence, is circumstantial evidence. Fingerprint evidence, ballistic evidence, footprints, all evidence of motive, witnesses who saw the accussed before or after the crime. All circumstantial.

In this case, with no cause of death and a totally bizarre defendant, the prosecution simply did not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Trial by mob will have to wait for the left-wing purges to begin.

I did read that one older juror quit her job and went into hiding over death threats. Way to go, Guys.

No one said she's 'innocent' .... the verdict was she's not guilty, due to lack of evidence......... there is a difference. And try to keep in mind, she's guiltier than sin for lying, lying, lying to the cops for months about her daughter's whereabouts. She willingly left her in a swampy grave for her little body to rot in and for the animals to devour.... and you see nothing wrong w/that .... you have a problem.

Don't understand why you're so hung up on her 'wealth' ...

 

If you had followed the case as I did,you would think different.
Originally Nancy Grace was VERY accomodating to both Casey
and especially Cindy & George Anthony.Grace went out of her way to
hear everything Cindy and George had to say about their Daughter
{Casey} in defense of Caylee being Missing.Things kinda went downhill
months later when Caylee was finally found.Leonard Padilla,the bounty hunter
who originally bailed Casey out,did searches on his own.
The Cops knew there was a garbage bag that was discarded
months earlier than discovered.But there was a big Problem.
Hurricane Fay had dumped a lot or rain in that area and if the cops
busted in and said they found the Bag Caylee was in,that discovery
could have destroyed the entire case,due to illegal search & seizure means used
in finding the Garbage bag.
The State had a very good case.The Defense only had the old tried
and true ability to doubt what the State presented.The Jury were typical of
Sheep who Buy into the lies that on the surface sound good.
Almost always in a Murder investigation,Conventional wisdom.,which
Defense counsels hinge their cases on,are usually totally ass backward.
No one knew more about this Case than Nancy Grace.
Granted she is very bias,being an extremely doting Mom of 2 tot twins.
But she exahusted hundreds of hours on this case,from it's very inception.

 

I totally agree with you. If the trial was for whether or not that Anthony lady was a complete and total moron, she would have been found guilty. If it was for whether or not she was not a very good mother, the she would have been found guilty. However since the trial was about whether she murdered her daughter or not, clearly there was not enough evidence to convict her and say that she did.


As far as the problem you raise, I agree 100%. The media is sensationalist and moronic, but no one is worse than the tabloid media who cover this sort of story. Nancy Grace is an embarrassment to the human race. She makes people like Ed Schultz and Glen Beck seem like paragons of journalistic integrity and perspective. I am embarrassed by the fact that people actually watch that disgusting (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)!!

 

You know her daughter is dead correct? If she is actually innocent, that probably devastates her. It means she spent a few years in jail for a crime she didn't commit.

If she is guilty, she will have to live with the guilt of that for the rest of her life. I doubt very much she is laughing about anything.

 

She was not found innocent by the jury...

... the jurors decided the state did not prove it's case beyond a reasonable doubt...

... therefore she was aquitted of the charge.

Well, of course you can be right frodly, and for most people that is true. Living with something like that would be pure Hell. We are taught though that some people do not have a conscious, and are incapable of feeling what you and I do. It just may be the case with her. I have met a several people like that, one a businessman, and two ex cons. They would pluck your eye out and think nothing of it at all. In fact one believe it or not, would enjoy it...

I heard that Aquusearch - the large search team from Texas - has filed a lawsuit against CA for over $100,000 to recover their $ and resources in trying to find CA's child whom she had lied about being missing....

Guess her name will be changed and she will be wearing a disguise when they sneak her out of the jail's basement door on Sunday ... she won't be able to hide.......

 

Casey is a trainwreck walking. She won't stay out of trouble AND as time goes on, she'll will do other things that make the news and we'll all realize that this is one sick little murdering gal.
