CDC Admits Fully Vaxed People are Spreading COVID

It's an old article (July 27) and indeed a big exaggeration, even a distorsion of what has been known for weeks: vaccinated people can still get the virus, hence pass it on to other people, vaccinated or not.

However, they're about 8 times less likely to get it, the virus remains a shorter period of time and they generally do not suffer the worst effects leading to hospitalization.

The largest spreaders and the most likely people to suffer from the virus are the unvaccinated.

 

I've already told you I'm not denying the science. So basically you're back to your trolling ways now. I put no faith in ANY politician. Unlike you who does.

 

Give the CDC time, the bureaucrats like Fauci change their story almost daily.

If you are vaccinated
1) Less likely to have symptoms means less likely to isolate
2) Less careful because they have more confidence and will more likely be in large groups
3) likely to feel a less need to wear a mask and not required to where an unvaccinated might be required to

 

Most people aren't isolating regardless of vaccination status
Most people aren't worried about being in large groups regardless of vaccination status
Most people aren't masking regardless of vaccination status

 

But these kids may pass the virus to others, chidrens or adults, vaccinated or not. So quarantine is needed and masks are needed indoors and in dense crowds for them like for everyone else.

 

Yeah, and that's what is resulting in the present cases and hospitalizations surge.

Adding to that, the appallingly low vaccination rate (a mere 50% of people fully vaccinated!) that is contributing to the present situation.

The US were one of the first countries to start the jabs, and we now lag behind countries like Uruguay, Chile and most of Western European countries!

 

Yet the poster of the OP refers to a CDC statement that he blatantly distords.

 

They announced that so called breakthrough cases could carry and spread Covid quite a while ago.

 

When the flu was in vogue...I always wondered if I was a super spreader. I never got the flu...or showed symptoms... but year after year everyone around me did.

You did see the words 'super-spreaders' didn't you? I suggest after you apology to me for being so wrong here, that you then go on to give us your supposed support for the CDC with all of their dangerous flip flops concerning COVID. Who knows, there may still be a few people besides yourself that have faith in everything Fauci and the CDC puts out there.

Here's the original Yahoo article. And while the CDC doesn't use the word "super spreaders", the CDC is full of ****. It acknowledges that there's spread from vaccinated individuals, yet they claim the vaccine is 'more effective' at preventing death/sickness.

If that were the case, logic suggests these breakthrough cases wouldn't be happening! So which is it, is it more effective or is it spreading from vacced people? Pick one CDC, can't have both.
