Chechen War Lord Kadyrov, spit in mother Russia face 2 times, hate monument, beating Russian MP in Kremlin.

ok, moscow have lost 2 wars against bands of ‎ šubān(s) and forced to pay yearly reparation(Moscow has financed more than 90 percent of Chechnya’s budget)

but this is a bit over the top, who still thinks that Putin is patriot and nationalist ?

I'd be the last person to defend Kadyrov, but I'm sure that the monument itself should be considered as just that - a monument. We must learn to respect and use national history as a science to remember and avoid past mistakes. If we just see it as a source of enmity between nations - like, you know, you're a normal guy, but your great-great father killed my great-great father, so I'll hate you and kill all your family for that - we'll never be able to move further. If some part of Chechen people want to live in medieval - let them, but we should not lower ourselves to the same level.

    Check it out>

A conversation between a chief police officer from Shali and an investigator for particularly important cases from Investigative committee.
To put it mildly, there is a very very slim possibility that the same dialogue between a chief police officer and an investigator from Investigative committee could ever happen in other Russian regions.
    ;)

Well, as far as I can check just by googling, Wiki refers to the story as a proven fact, and, if it's based on a written chronicles, I'm afraid it is as solid as we could get on events in half-civilized Caucasus highlands. If not trust the manuscripts, then we won't have half of our "academical historiography"

You're such a sweet optimist. I'm quite sure it happens all the time. The only difference is that in some regions Investigative committee's "roof" is stronger, then police

May I ask you what is the basis of your confidence that it happens all the time?
And have you any rough idea about relationship between police and the investigative committee at all?

    p.s.
If you mean that policemen, even chief police officers (nachal’niki ROVD) constantly communicate with investigators from the investigative committee like that ^ - it is just no-where supported crap. ;)

Maybe we're just talking about different things.
But if bunches of power (police, investigative committee, judges) are not in touch, then I simply don't see any explanation to such stuff as Bolotnaya process or cheif Bastrykin getting away with all the mad stuff, or some deputies of you-know-what-party still sitting in parliament rather then in jail. What is it, if not a "phonecall law", and how is it different from the phonecall you're referring two?

forget about Sauer´s video , do you understand what the monument is part of Chechen man-dominated narrative. which says : your women (Russian, Jewish, etc) suc% dic%s to anyone for bottle of vodka but you Ivan can not even rape our(brave virgins) women .so Ivan you are suc&. this monument represents the official ideology of kadyrov state
ps 49 holy- brave - virgins story is a total BS

    Yes we‘re.
Yes it’s no secret that the “phone law” rules. But an investigator from the investigative committee has his own chief, who controls / screws him. ;)
I just meant that there is a very slim possibility that any chief police officer communicate with investigators from the investigative committee like that. Is it clear? ;)

De facto the Russian laws don’t work there but the sword law rules. And there were some more terrible episodes lately. The f-ing black-hole.
