Corpses of coronavirus victims are being left unattended in a corridor of a hospital flooded with patients in Wuhan as the Chinese city is ravaged by the deadly infection, it has been revealed.
The chilling scene, captured by a woman who claims to be a nurse, was posted on the country's social media network today but quickly censored.
Dozens of videos posted online appear show people lying in the street after collapsing where they stood as they walked through the streets of Wuhan.

It's bad that corpses are left lying in hospitals, but if those corpses start getting up, then it's really, really bad.

 

I've read several articles which cite experts as saying the number of actual infections is probably far higher than the number of those who're self reporting. That's kind of reassuring actually, as that would mean the virus isn't as severe and lethal as all the panic would suggest. It's mainly the elderly and people with immune system issues who're developing pneumonia and dying.

An estimated 12-50k die of flu each year in the U.S., the CDC claims around 80k in 2018.

It seems folks are just panicking because it's something new, and lethal (in a small number of at risk individuals). Not feeling any panic myself, it'd be a different story though if even a small portion of young and healthy adults were succumbing to it.

The first thing you need to realize is that Chinese hospitals are not exactly like American hospitals.

Outside of the four or five big main cities on the coast, like Beijing and Shanghai, China is not exactly a "First World Country".

We have no idea how many are dying over there.

 

China covers up and lies about everything. Who would have guessed?

 

We have many boatloads of play actors here in the US.

I wonder if they have the same in China? Drama Queens?
