I'm referring to his child bride Aisha, who is suspected in some circles of poisoning Muhammad. Assuming the stories about Muhammad aren't pure myth, the marriage (and its consummation) to his prepubescent bride is not disputed but Aisha's involvement in his death is.
Maybe, but I don't think that works. I don't know of ANY of the Abrahamic faiths who think ensoulment happens at live birth. In fact, ensoulment is used by religions as an argument against abortion. Surely having a date for ensoulment and a separate date for becoming tainted by original sin is a complexity added to make people happier. Besides, there is nothing the newborn baby can do about it. There still is the religious question of how a god might treat those who never hear about that specific God's views for reasons of isolation or age.
