Vegas, you are too personally attached to a politician. Never a good idea. Trump will probably be the nominee and win the election - he might not.

Which will hardly be the end of the world.

Elections are indeed risky business, and Trump, who is not a politician, and not ideologically grounded is far less predictable than a club candidate.

An unpredictable man with his hands on the largest nuclear arsenal in the world is unacceptable

Now, that is why Trump's opposition has so much trouble getting any traction. He is "less predictable" than typical politicians who are predictably dishonest. Virtually every American now knows this.

The frivolous smears that worked so well in the past now work in Trump's favor.

Is that why he keeps losing in the polls?

It is why it is very close even though a now united corrupt political class has thrown the kitchen sink at Trump. The massive Clinton DP/RP/MSM political machine has spent hundreds of millions of donor and sponsor money to stop Trump. Result: Trump is either ahead or close in the polls.

Trumps campaign has relied on a few free tweets. It has to be very frustrating for traditional politicians.

Trump has spent 50 million of his own money. Sheldon Adelson gave him another 100 million. He now has about 2 million left. If he spent that on a few tweets he is too stupid to be president. LOL

He apparently raised $50 million last week. His tweets are beating the united DP/RP/MSM political class - for free - they are brilliant.

Clinton supported both Iraq wars and the overthrow of the governments of Libya and Egypt - America's allies. Clinton and her DP/RP supporters are very warlike - and dangerous.

Of course you know exactly how that works. Or you would not be posting all of these desperate posts for your candidate.

Funny how right wingers were not similarly enraged when right wing Laura Bush murdered her boyfriend and got away it with.

Even progressive Sanders supporters are impressed with Trump's anti-war stand.

“Look, the war is a disaster. The war should not have been entered into,” he told the Dallas Morning News in a July 2004 interview. “To lose all of those thousands and thousands of people, on our side and their side. I mean, you have Iraqi kids, not only our soldiers, walking around with no legs, no arms, no faces. All for no reason. It is a disgrace.” The Surprisingly Strong Progressive Case For Donald Trump BY JUDD LEGUM JUL 25, 2015 8:57 AM

Trump will draw many votes from the traditional progressive DP base.

Vegas, I am not in a race. Neither are you.

I doubt that many on the right or the left know anything about that.

Probably more than you would think. Most Trump supporters, left and right, are aware of many areas of disagreement with Trump.

He was opposed to the war early on, and never an enthusiastic supporter. OTH, the Bush presidents and the RP/DP Congress supported and funded the wars until Obama was elected. Voters notice the difference between Trump and the RP/DP political class. Hence his popularity.

No he was in favor of the invasion and supported the war initially .....and then flippity flopped.
