Comey Under DOJ Investigation For Misleading Trump While Targeting Him In FBI Probe

And when they finally ask Obama when he knew about it(because Strzok and Page said he wanted to know everything), I can't wait for him to lie AGAIN and say, " I found out about it in the news just like you did." REPORT: LYING COMEY LIED TO, SPIED ON, TRUMP

Real Clear Investigations reports that Inspector General Michael Horowitz will say in his upcoming report that, although James Comey told President Trump he was not a target in the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election, Comey had actually been spying on Trump to see if the president was colluding with Russia.

This fully vindicates Trump’s decision to fire Lying Comey.

Lying Comey’s unwillingness to say publicly that Trump was not a target, as he had told the president privately, was the result of the FBI Director’s secret effort to build a conspiracy case against Trump. Lying Comey hoped that such a case would emerge and, naturally, didn’t want to be on record as saying anything that would support Trump’s innocence. Nor did he want Trump to know that he wasn’t in the clear.

What did Lying Comey’s spying on the president consist of? Horowitz has found that Lying Comey “had an agent inside the White House who reported back to FBI headquarters about Trump and his aides.”

Look who was lying and engaged in treachery. Lying Comey didn’t want to tell Trump that he was under investigation because doing so might have hampered his ability effectively to spy on Trump. Yet, the FBI lacked legal grounds to treat Trump as a suspect:

They had no probable cause against Trump himself for ‘collusion’ or espionage. They were scrambling to come up with anything to hang a hat on, but had found nothing.​

We’ll soon know more about the degree of Lying Comey’s treachery. This looks like strike three against Lying Comey and his fellow, like-minded Deep State operatives.

It’s no wonder Donald Trump fired Lying Comey. According to the upcoming Horowitz report, the former FBI director repeatedly lied about not targeting Trump in his probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Lying Comey also had a spy in the White House, raising the specter of J. Edgar Hoover all over again.

Lying Comey repeatedly assured Trump that he was not a target even as the former director was secretly trying to build a conspiracy case against the president, while at times acting as an investigative agent.

The inspector general’s investigation of FBI misconduct said Lying Comey was essentially “running a covert operation against” the president, starting with a private “defensive briefing” he gave Trump just weeks before his inauguration. Horowitz has examined high-level FBI text messages and other communications indicating LyingComey was actually conducting a “counterintelligence assessment” of Trump during that January 2017 meeting in New York.

Lying Comey had a spy inside the White House who reported back to FBI headquarters about Trump and his aides.

Lying Comey repeatedly lied to Trump about his status in Lying Comey’s probe which cannot be justified as the FBI had no evidence that Trump was engaged in espionage, even Dirty Bob Mueller confirmed that. Lying Comey acted with significant insubordination to his superior and constitutional officer, which matters even if Lying Comey didn’t like Trump or think he should be president.

Spying on Trump by coopting one of his aides hikes that to a level not seen since the FBI’s bad old days. The FBI is not supposed to spy on elected officials — not without bulletproof substantiation of a threat. And again, we know now that the FBI never had even a reasonable suspicion to spy on Trump.

The FBI under Lying Comey had reverted to its J. Edgar roots and was attempting to manipulate the American political system for its director’s ends. Lying Comey’s firing averted a disaster. With Lying Comey corrupting the FBI in this manner, Trump was well within his authority to put an end to it and not to cooperate with a poisoned FBI operation targeting his administration.

That's not true at all, many investigations end with 0 criminal charges, the purpose of an investigation is to take a formal course of action to uncover if crimes were committed, and to what degree.
