Martinez Hope Solo Rob Kardashian Elisabetta Canalis Chaz Bono Yea, I'm a fan of the show, going on 5+ years now. The pro dancers & judges seem like extended family to me, now. I don't watch a lot of prime time TV (I work nights), but this is one of the shows my wife records & we watch together. There are many reasons I like the show(I won't bore ya'll naming them). But, for the first time that I could remember, I was a little apprehensive on whether I was gonna watch this season. It came down to Chaz Bono being on the cast & then finding out that the first openly gay contestant (Carson Kressley) was also on the cast. I wasn't looking forward to any "in your face, hey look at me I'm gay (or trans-gender)" stuff. But, after deciding to watch it, I'm glad I did. Also hearing that Chaz Bono was getting heat from people & watching him on the show, I've decided to root for him. I hope he goes as far as his talent & the work he puts into it, takes him. As for Carson Kressley, he's rather flamboyant & over the top, but he can be funny & entertaining too. Yea, it's fluff TV, but DWTS is also what TV was meant to be - Entertainment! DWTS season 13
I don't even know who most of those people are! I don't know what season we are up to over here, 8 or 9, maybe, but I watch it every year. Don't know why, though! No idea who I'd want to see win with that lineup though...I doubt Ricki Lake is a good dancer!
I actually thought she did rather well in her first dance. She seems to have lost some weight, but I guess she's done that before, but hopefully she loses more, does well, & then keeps the weight off. She seems to have a lot of personality, also.
I used to watch her show all the time. She's outgoing and confident, so she might do okay. She used to be really big then lost a lot of weight. I don't know if she kept if off, though. It was a long time ago.
