Even though the effort to destroy Trump was purely political, the effort to remove Biden will not be.

The 25th was designed for situations exactly like this. You cannot call this political this time because Biden's own DoJ set the table. To paraphrase the Special Hitman's report: "Biden has lost his marbles", "He has officially crossed into the fog of no return.", or as Julius Caesar asked his Praetorian Guard: "Why are you throwing a party for me here?"

So today you can be certain about one thing:

This is not a conspiracy. Biden is not being prosecuted because the DOJ explicitly said he was mentally incompetent to stand trial. I do not see any path for him to keep power after that statement. From what I recall, the report suggested he could play the old man card with a jury and that would make a prosecution unlikely to succeed.

Both Trump and Biden get foreign leader names/countries confused. Trump's words are rarely true so it's hard to tell if he remembers anything other than who wronged or helped him last. What is the real evidence that there's a big cognitive difference between these guys? I think Trump only seems less like an old man because he gets so amped up. Doesn't mean he's thinking more clearly.

Fortunately either of these men would be surrounded by experts to help with any and all decisions. Main difference there is Biden listens to experts over himself, and Trump prefers his experts to be sycophants and considers himself the greater expert on anything.
