Yeah, I'm not seeing an expectation of privacy is you are live-streaming sex acts for money to the public.

The mother of two, with a lawyer husband, 'streamed various sex acts on 'Chaturbate,' where more than a dozen videos of she and her husband were archived on a publicly available site'.

And this isn't old news, she was putting up videos as late as 9/30/22.

That law applies to images or video disseminated without consent. She'll be hard pressed to argue that she didn't consent when she uploaded them to the internet for money... Clearly she consented to them being public.

I say the fact she is running as a candidate, all nda's should be void, all information discovered is free game to release to the public

 

There have been some interesting cases before where a porn actress gave consent for videos to be taken of her and published, but then she later wanted to remove that consent.

If you're trying to run for political office, it's hard for anyone in the public to take you seriously if they see videos of you as a porn actress. (All the more so when those videos were taken not so long ago. I'd suspect this would also be true for a man, but it is especially true for a woman. There are only four places on earth where a porn actress has a chance of winning an election, and those places are San Francisco, Sweden, Copenhagen, and possibly Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

 

Its a pay site. Anyone with a subscription can view it. There might be a copyright claim if the videos were sold to an nonsub-ed audience, but no chance there is a 'revenge porn' or 'sex crime' claim to be had.
