He was trying to prevent the theft of the election but alas, he was unable to overcome the injustice and avoid the damage to our real Democracy.

Your posts # 13 and 14 show that you want to have Democrats ignore the law AND the Constitution.

No, my lawyer is a lawyer. And Constitutional attorneys have spoken on this.

The Democrats are not only trying to remove Trump from the ballot, they are going after Republicans who don’t publicly condemn Trump.

Democrats want a ballot full of like minded big government liberals. They don’t mind people having choices as long as there’s little to no difference in the positions held by these choices.

I do? Show one comment from me which says I want Democrats to ignore the law and US Constitution?

Ok. Here's one: "Democrats are moving nation wide to remove Republicans from the ballot."

You don't like the removal of those Republicans. You must want Democrats to stop enforcing the Constitution which demands the removal of any congressman who gave aid or comfort to insurgents and/or a rebellion. Investigation revealed that these Republicans did exactly that.

Your comment is not factual. No investigation has resulted in anyone being charged with participating in an insurrection. You know why? Because there was no insurrection.

Hundreds of people have been charged and convicted for their conduct during the capitol riot. Not one single charge of engaging in an insurrection. Why is that?

There is nothing in the US constitution which says people can be denied a spot on a ballot for not committing a crime.

Facts seem to bother you. An you support your comments by citing documented facts? I can.

Fact. There has been no investigation which concluded that there was an insurrection. Fact. No one involved or convicted in the capitol riot has been charged with participating in an insurrection. Those are facts you can’t refute.

An insurrection is a very specific thing. It’s not based on an opinion.

It’s entertaining to read someone who cheers for a man who has made no secret of his desire to be a dictator argue straight out fo the other side of his mouth that that’s what the other guy is trying to do!

Trump has this uncanny knack of making people expose themselves as to who they really are. it's quite a gift actually!

I often wonder if the Trump following posters here actually believe their own comments or if they just support Trump at all costs. I know that we don't all watch and read the same sources, but when faced with 'new to them' information which shows Trump in the worst possible light they default to 'fake news'. Its a pretty convenient fall back position.

His oath of office was to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America”

It is the same oath that practically every elected official in the United States takes. I took it.

We all know that this is false.

Trump had been told he was going to lose, and then subsequently lost the election.

Many in his inner circle told him.

He hired two consultants, both of which told him he lost.

All the Electoral Votes were certified by their respective legislators.

No, he wasn’t “Trying to prevent the theft of the election”…..he was trying to steal it.

And since he has made no bones about wanting to be a dictator, he certainly wasn’t there to overcome justice, and certainly not to avoid damage to our real democracy (note that I didn’t try and wrap myself in a phony flag by capitalizing it).

He wants to be a dictator. We have the video.

So, forget this BS About preventing theft.

Effectuate. He was trying to effectuate the theft of an election. He was the one trying to steal it. No one who still supports Trump supports democracy.

Ok, no tongue in cheek this time. I believe there was a coup and it installed Biden. I believe it was the flood of mail in ballots that did it. No, I can't prove it and Trump was unable to prove it as well.

I've never seen an election like that one and I've seen a few. I don't trust Biden or the people around him that are determining policy. OF course, they don't worry themselves overmuch about that, nor do I. It's a done deal.

At least you are willing to admit you can't actually back up your claims. So there's that.

Talibiden? . . . Buddy . . . pal . . . TRUMP was the one who negotiated the surrender to the Taliban, and negotiated the release of THOUSANDS of Taliban soliders . . . and bragged that, because of his actions, Afghanistan would fall to the Taliban and that there was nothing Biden could do to stop that.

Yes. Power through voting. Trump was the one who tried to erase the "Democracy" part with pure power politics.
