I did, and not being trained like you, I don't see what you see, I see a knee to the base of the neck.
And both ME's concluded, the kneeling was at least partially responsible for the death.

Neck kneeling contributed to the lack of oxygen.

Perhaps , perhaps not. I would 100% agree that the cop's actions or inaction contributed to his death.

Both ME's testified it played a role.

That's pretty vague right? Did it play a roll because he had his knee in his back instead of turning him around and seeing that he had stopped breathing ? Did it play a part because it compressed his throat? Lungs?

    Does it matter?
It played a role no matter what one thinks the role is. He was implicit in causing a death.

just lightly pressing on the neck can stop blood flow to the brain, no blood flow, no oxygen

Indeed. It's just a play of words. It's like: I'm taking a certain kind of drugs makes your heart stop beating. And one party insist that it was the drug that killed, while the other party insist that the heart stopped beating and that killed, while an other party insist that the brain died due to a lack of oxygen. And yeah... the brain indeed died due to a lack of oxygen, because the heart stopped beating because some drugs was used. Whooptido with nitpicking around with a play of words. I'm not up for such things.

    I am not.
The opinion of the coroner as an expert matters.
Your opinion as an amateur fakebook reader does not.

Nope. The coroner ruled out that drugs could have been a factor in this case.
You're free to dig up what he said.

Let's wish him well but in the current climate I doubt he'll succeed.

Yeah. I linked it. Along with the drugs in both his system and in the car.

I'm not sure how this will affect the appeal:

That's not true. You, just like probably all those jury members, are mistaken.

I have no clue what your point is.
I posted and linked to the exact words the ME said. The neck kneeling played apart in the death.

Let’s assume that a large group of people hadn’t gathered in front of the officer screaming and yelling at him and had simply dispersed. Allowing the officer to not feel threatened by the bystanders and fear a loss of control to the situation. Resulting in him remaining on Floyd far longer than he would have otherwise.

That would indicate the crowd also “played a role” in his death. Should they be brought up for criminal charges as well?

Accessory to murder? You want Chauvin convicted with murder for remaining on the man’s neck for that long which “contributed to his demise”. But I think it’s indisputable that if the crowd had dispersed he never would have been there that long. So if he should go down for murder, they should go down for accessory.

Would Chauvin had remained on his neck for nine minutes if it weren’t for the crowd? If the answer is no then on what grounds are they not responsible?

For what actions? For existing and being in the area?
Were they cheering him on to remain on the neck?
I don't get where you're coming from. But I suppose most of the bystanders were black and you have no problem putting them back in chains.
I suppose jail for no reason is another option.

nope, but the cops know his health was at risk, why they had already called for an ambulance, and it was on it's way

there was no reason for the cop to do what he did

You know who played the biggest role in the death. FLOYD!!!! His actions were the core reason any of this even happened. No drugs, no breaking the law, no resisting arrest. No demanding to be put on the ground, no chance of anyone having to kneel on him which means NO CHANCE of that killing him.

Yes and what happened after that, he continued to resist and even forced his way out of the police SUV and onto the ground. The officers did the correct thing to just keep him there rather than continue Floyd's violent attempts to NOT be place in the vehicle or merely sit on the ground.
