DeSantis calls for state investment manager to consider action against Bud Light’s parent company

pension funds and any fund manager are more than welcome to file class-action against any company they wish. If it's a state pension for employees and run by a 3rd party, not the state itself ( I can't imagine a state actually does the investing) then the 3rd party can file action if they wish. As for the state, they can choose a different 3rd party or stay the course

 

Let me get this straight. DeSantis is calling for an investigation into Bud Light’s holding company for sponsoring a trans person, an act of free expression. But no need to investigate Elon for his acts of free expression that have cost his shareholders millions, cause “FREE SPEECH, LIBZ. CHECKMATE.”

 

The Florida state pension holds Tesla shares. Why didn't De Santis call for an investigation when Elon opened his mouth and killed it's value?
