A senior Tory MP is said to have predicted that David Cameron will be ousted in a backbench coup next spring during a secretly recorded conversation at a party. Among the insults he was reported by the Sunday People and the Sunday Mirror to have levelled at Cameron were calling him a "despicable creature without any redeeming features", an "arse" and "the worst politician in British history since William Gladstone" one of Mercer's predecessors as the MP for Newark *To be fair, those aren't insults, they are more like a fair and honest assesment* http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2011/nov/13/tory-mp-cameron-ousted-spring
Well, that is a fair point, I suppose. You could argue that Cameron didn't take us into Iraq on a lie, Blair did that. A lie which he most certainly should have been in front of the ICC for, but, naturally, he never will. However, there was Libya, and there is the small matter of him being a bastard child of Thatcher, a ruddy faced, chinless wonder, who, along with his creepy chancellor, have already, in their short time, shown that they have zero initiative, and fully merit the Tories mantle as the Nasty Party. I was expecting someone worse than Cameron. While is a despicable creature, I think that he does have some redeeming features. I just don't know what they are.
Soon to be a film called the Iron Lady glorifying Thatcher across the west starring Meryl Streep. Lovely....
Thatcher was a horrible human being. Aside from asset stripping our industries, to make some yuppies rich, her Government manufactured a conflict with Argentina, over the 'Falklands' (Malvines), a territory they can only lay claim to, if you look at it through the eyes of international banditry. State funeral when she dies, my arse. They should issue some spades, and ask people to dig. I for one would be happy to volunteer.
