Then work less, and attend ball games more often.

My policies are not directed towards 401(k)'s, but the Social Security and Medicare Payroll Taxes and future recipients of Social Security and Medicare. It is providing all people with a voluntary option to choose how much Social Security and Medicare Taxes they want to pay in order to go towards a new type of retirement fund designed to help deal with the costs of Medicare and Social Security. It is designed to provide people with the opportunity to have premium-free Medicare and Social Security, and to alleviate the amount of money government pays to provide Medicare and Social Security.

I support cutting all social programs first, then cutting all payroll taxes.

This would be fine, if there were no Senior citizens below a certain income level that cannot even afford to pay into the Social Security and Medicare systems through payroll taxes.

We could grandfather them in or something. I believe medical insureance/retirement plans should be private sector. Forcing people to buy government insurance is wrong. Whats next? The government going to force people to buy GM cars?
