You see, I could actually understand a civil monetary damage being determined if in some alternate universe you were able to prove that knowable lies resulted in a business being put out of business (as difficult of a situation to picture that happening as it is).

What are you claiming happened to people in Sandy Hook? A few nutjobs sending some mean tweets? You make it sound as if they are afraid to walk out of their front door which is just nonsense. What you have is some people that are rightfully angry about his accusations that have been approached by blood sucking lawyers convincing them that they can get a lot of money.

Destroyed lives? Please. Those folks lives were destroyed by their children being killed. For that, they have my unending sympathy, but that does not mean that any subsequent lawsuit from them has any more or less merit because of the suffering from having a child killed. For having some nutjob pontificate that they think Sandy Hook was a false flag operation, that is nothing more than an insignificant pimple on the a** of their suffering. Civil litigation for destroying someones lives is something along the lines of reckless driving leading to another being paralyzed and those folks being compensated a few million as a result. Some people that are regular folks that had a few nutjobs send them a tweet or letter over the years do not qualify as that having "destroyed their lives". That conspiracy theory would rightfully anger them, but to pretend like it has destroyed their lives is nonsensical.

There are some QUONON like conspiracy theories that do not cause harm.
