I betcha as soon as he secures the nomination.... .he will switch up and propose a massive increase in LEGAL immigration from Mexico and South America........... and much of the anger against him will be pacified!

This is pretty interesting...... Some Hispanic Americans sure do like The Donald.....

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8MpKSAyzos
Prophecies of Donald Trump, White House and Barack Obama - Rich Vera with Sid Roth

(The part about The Donald is after the 15 minute mark)!
.....(he will expose secrets and dirt that have been going on in government)!

....(and Rich Vera was shown that President Obama had been forced into much of what he did in the past......even when he didn't personally like to do it)!

I would push the year out to 3017, less chance of disappointment

people that make such predictions in their own lifetime are often proved wrong.....

so best to pick a date after one will be long gone

even Jesus told his followers it would be in their generation, thus giving them hope up until their deaths

Many issues are persistent--poverty for instance. While I won't vote for him, I at least think that Trump is willing to tackle tough problems and would be flexible. In short, he would be more pragmatic and less philosophical than Hillary. Let's take building the wall or banning Muslim immigrants for a period. It means he is willing to address national security and immigration regardless of whether a wall gets built or not. I think we are more vulnerable than we realize and he is willing to at least try. For instance, I am less concerned about the guy sneaking across the border with a milk jug of water and a burlap sack of clothes to pick lettuce. What I am concerned about are situations like I recently read about in which a foreigner set up basically sham businesses getting government grants to create high tech jobs and then "employs" people who were willing to pay princely sums for him to use the business to bring them into the US on H-1B visas to "work" for the "high tech business". Combine that with studies that show most suicide bombers are idle rich people bored with life, and I can realistic see that scenario being repeated to bring in suicide bombers/terrorists legally. We need someone who is willing to look at actual facts on the ground and not be afraid of offending some group for political reasons to catch sneaky bastards like these ones.

What a brilliant analysis of why The Donald decided to get involved in politics!

This is fine, things I agree with, but there's a big difference between rhetoric and action. Trump can say anything he wants. He can't do anything he wants. And I have yet to hear him explain how he's going to accomplish these things.

He has mentioned needing the Congress many times. It is his way of rubbing his foot against Paul Ryan under the dinner table. It isn't like Hillary is going to magically have any luck with the GOP Congress. Her emails will be caught in the spam folder.

That's not what I'm talking about. Let's take the Muslim travel ban, for example. I read that the Saudis know him. They've done business with him before. I'm sure many companies do lots of business with companies in Muslim nations. How is Trump going to deal with such a scenario? And how does Trump plan on recouping the lost revenue from Muslim tourists?

Immigration is another matter he's unspecific on. Fifty percent of illegals arrive in the country legally. A wall isn't going to stop them. Trump's silence is telling - to me, anyway. It tells me he has no plan, other than becoming president. It's almost as if he thinks our elections are reality game shows.

And if he can't take a political jab without flying off the handle, how is he going achieve any semblance of diplomacy? He doesn't appear to have the temperament to be president.

He will make Mexico pay for it.

That is the beauty of Trump. You are worried about how he will get things done. He has been very successful in making celebrities run around the streets selling stuff to people. We can all audition to be in his cabinet.

    Diplomacy is overrated.

If you are satisfied with the way things are, then keep voting for the same type of people. I will be voting for Gary Johnson. He is a leader who knows how to get nothing done. Given what Washington has been doing via both parties during my life, 4 years of nothing is better than 4 years of something from these cats.

That reminds me of the old saying.....
"In the land of the blind.... the man with one eye is king."

But I have the impression that The Donald himself......
certainly has two eyes....... and knew just what to say to
receive the G. O. P. nomination...... now he can modify some of his
positions and perhaps become wildly popular with another segment of the population.

Some of my ancestors had the last name Mason.....
they were from down in Dixie.......
they left the USA and came by ship to Country Harbour, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia....Canada.....
    from 1750 - 1800 or so............

just because these people speak in a drawl.......
does not necessarily mean that they are dumb........
but by sounding dumb....... they increased the probability of survival.....
and increased the probability of being Passed Over for persecution.............

    LOL!

She could still lose the nomination to Bernie!

Many of her supporters... hundreds of them actually could switch over at the last minute.......
when they understand that a high percentage of Bernie supporters....... will not vote for her!

Secretary Clinton at the minimum certainly deserves credit for her taste in V. P. candidates.

I watched all of Tim Kaine's speech today..... and this guy is phenomenal!

Theoretically..... Mrs. Trump might be able to come up with a good response to him.

I was sent a good article this morning that does a great job of
explaining why nearly fifty percent of Americans will almost certainly
NOT vote for The Donald on November 8.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jeremy-nix/an-open-letter-to-my-frie_2_b_9293694.html
An Open Letter to My Friends Who Support Donald Trump....
    .....

This sounds logical.... but the problem is that although Obama - Hillary policies
sound good............. they don't work very well... .because they are so idealistic
and perfectionist and elitist....... and impractical.

    Phenomenally well said Deckel!!!!!!

    Wow!!!!!!

It is such a breath of fresh air to see somebody willing to give some credit to
the person that you probably won't vote for!

I would love to get your reaction to:

    http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...07-how-hillary-might-able-get-my-vote-if.html
How Hillary might be able to get my vote.... if....
... I was American rather than Canadian.....
(but I admit that I am biased and am about 95% certain that I would be
casting my X for The Donald on November 8.... (if I could)).

But....... it only seems fair that I elaborate on what Hillary could do that might
possibly turn that 5 percent probability into my actually casting my ballot for her,
(or in my case generally support her campaign online rather than The Donald's).

Back in 2008 when Green Party Leader Ms. Elizabeth May campaigned in my
riding, Central - Nova, I was almost certain up until the last few days that I would
again be voting for Conservative Party incumbent Mr. Peter Mackay but........

Ms. May personally responded to my 2008 municipal campaign writing with such
wisdom and courage that at that last moment I changed my mind and voted for
    her instead!

Note, back on February 5, 2015 I finally realized that I owed Ms. May an apology for
the sheer ignorance of some of what I had written back in 2008:

So this is why he seriously mistrusts The Federal Reserve......
and is willing to call for them being audited.

The Donald is not thrilled with their performance over the last thirty years.....
specifically the interest rate hike of the last seventies and eighties.

If citizens prefer presentation (tells people of what they want to hear, lying) without content (meaning no intention of fulfilling any promises), then vote for Hillary. Many people are offended by Trump’s presentation (He is honest in showing his true character) However, his content (Sincerity in improving the economic opportunity for all citizens that we desperately need to survive) provides hope that changes will occur that benefit its citizens.
Hillary is following Obama’s path of destruction to expand NAFTA, higher cost for Obama care, increase taxes, allow more foreign immigrants into our country, support Wall Street, the ability to steal more revenue from government funds without consequences, with the list going on and on with her motives for winning the Presidential election.
People that support Hillary do not mind that they are lied to, do not mind that she breaks laws, steals money from tax payers, etc. People that vote for Trump are willing to put aside his character flaws and they realize that if we continue on the course we are, our economy will be destroyed, Trump is telling people that he will stop that from happening and we can trust that since he didn't provide a show to the public that hid his true character with a false one like Hillary.
