Donald Trump Rally In Chicago Canceled After Protesters Turn Out In Droves

If you interpret everything I wrote in that post as someone not being in touch with reality or someone not knowing how a rally should be orchestrated, then I would ask for you to seek immediate help.

If you think for one instance that anything happening at these Trump rallies is normal social behavior then.........................

I only brought up that particular video of the two white guys with their sign, and that particular story twice, maybe three times, and I have no idea how it relates to any black/white issues here.

It wasn't brought up to go into any "racial thing" - it was merely meant to show how Trump supporters lose their minds over the smallest, stupidest things.

Understand something Merwen, none of this "Trump Stuff' we're discussing has anything to do with race or color or ethnicity for me, so really, seriously, would you just get the hell off of it already because I seriously have no f*cking clue what the hell you're talking about.

Ok I can see the misunderstanding. Let me set the record straight.

What I do NOT support. People gathering and going to the rally of a political opponent with the direct intent of stifling people's political freedoms through means of violence simply because the ralliers have political views that are different then thier own.

What I DO support.People if said rally refusing to be intimidated by thugs who wish to surpress thier God given freedom to choose thier own personal political identity fighting back against the disrupters.

You or I can enter that hall as listeners, as American citizens concerned with what the candidate is saying.

We can even have a sign or two that either reflects our support or our negative feelings about that candidate.

I'm going to clue you in on a little something here that you probably forgot, what with all of the typing & all going on all day.

THIS IS STILL AMERICA WHERE ALL OF US CAN GO WHERE WE WANT..........INCLUDING INTO THE TENT/S OF PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES THAT WE'RE NOT NECESSARILY SUPPORTING!!!

 

Campaign rallies are for the candidate, not protestors. Protestors need to support their own candidate, not try to influence another. I say throw the bums out, HARD! i SAY KEEP THE TRUMP SUPPORTERS OUT OF BERNIE's RALLIES AND vice versa. Drag the news people out with their ears.

 

Also I forgot to mention I don't care which side of the political spectrum the roles are. My opinion stays the same.

 

Understood, but when we as a people, as American citizens trying to show an interest in our government, and in our possible future leaders get to a point where we can't be civil, can't disagree without being disagreeable, can't respect the persons feelings to the left or right of you................it's the day we're all in trouble.

The first campaign rally I ever attended was back in the 1968 when I was a little kid, it was a Nixon rally. I still remember it to this day as being energetic, but civil.

I've been to many rallies since and they've all pretty much been the same, but what we're witnessing now is beyond angry voters, and it's gotten very dark & very ugly.

I don't know about you friend, but I'm not comfortable with it at all.

 

The middle class is disappearing because of:

1) global competition
2) our federal government takes too much money out of the economy for wealth redistribution and it has buried the private sector in rules & regulations.

 

People that come to a rally with the intent of disrupting it should be charged at least with disturbing the peace and heavily fined and locked up awhile....that would a end to it...just make sure you have plenty of security...if a mob scene develops call out the guard...the American people should not have to put up with those who want to deny anyone their right to peacefully assemble.

 

Anyone who attempts to disrupt should be evicted....but you may need a lot of security if there are a bunch of them. This definitely should not be tolerated.

A Kansas City, Missouri, rally for Donald Trump has drawn a crowd of people hoping to attend the rally and scores who are there to protest the Republican presidential front-runner.

The line of people hoping to attend the rally at the downtown theater snaked around the block Saturday afternoon. Police officers and barricades in the street separated the rally participants from about 200 protesters on the other side.

Many protesters were chanting "Dump Trump" and "Black Lives Matter." Some Trump supporters responded with obscene gestures.

Trump's rallies in recent weeks have been marked by frequent clashes between his supporters and demonstrators.

Protesters who prompted Trump to call off his Chicago rally Friday night after fights broke out with his supporters are hoping the Kansas City event will be shut down before he takes the stage, too.

So who is paying the Black Lives Matter group? Rubio or Cruz!

This is criminal and the attorney general should investigate.
Disrupting a public event is not Free Speech. It is disturbing the peace.​

I don't have the time to explain my nuanced position on what happened in Chicago. But I'll tell you two things: don't reference the Hitler salute to me! I'm of mixed race. Second, I'm not spewing constant political propaganda into my child's head. I'm only telling the most simple of truths.
