    "Relies"?????

"Federal district courts dont shoot down supreme court precedent. The"...
"judge in California didnt even mention Baker v Nelson, let alone shoot it down." Doesnt even need it. Argument remains the same. You are drawn to irrelevancy, like a moth to a flame. Probably to avoid addressing the relevant. Typical.

    Exactly... the question is:

Why did you have to refer to the "...gay judge..." at all?

I'm not the one who applied the label. that was you. I'm not drawn to the irrelevant. I'm simply pointing out the bigotry in your posts.

Yes it was. And it was you, who was attracted to it like a moth to a flame. I used the term "gay" judge because it led you all to know exactly who I was referring to. And I thought it was referring to them as homos that was bigotry. Gays are just sometimes offended by their own sexuality and resent being identified as "gay".

Wow I don't think I have ever heard anything farther from the truth. We do not have the right to get married to another man, which is ridiculous. I'm a far right Republican and I support everything a normal Republican supports except when it comes to Gay Marriage. This is the one that I take to heart the most because I can relate to it. It makes me mad when people say well I'm straight and I can't marry a man. Why would you marry a man if you straight? Its Tom Foolery.

For the same reasons a gay man would marry a man.

    A multitude of different reasons.

I wonder why some people are so against homosexuals being legally married?

    (Anyone?)

Because using tax breaks and governmental entitlements to encourage behavior that is beneficial to society is a proper role of government while using them so that those who engage in certain behaviors can feel better about themselves for doing so is NOT a proper role of government.

Encouraging heterosexual couples to marry reduces the # of children born to single mothers and increases the # of children with the benefit of both their mother and father together to provide and care for the child. Homosexual couples produce no children. What benefits were you referring to.

Exactly. There is is no good reason to deny homosexual people the right to be legally married.

Stop promoting a LIE that has already been disproved; it makes no sense to keep repeating it, except to have it sink into the unthinking via repetition.

    Homosexual couples DO have children.

Nope, its a physical impossibility. At most, ONE of the homosexual couple, with a 3rd person of the opposite sex, can produce children. Thats not the homosexual couple producing children. One or both have no involvement whatsoever in the process.
You are a brilliant demonstration of how detached from reality many of the gay rights advocates have become.
