    I disagree with this opinion piece, based on an interview I saw with Megan.

    I also disagree with this silly more patriotic than thou line of attack I am seeing time and again from the Trump crowd. Trump worshipers are not more patriotic than rational Americans. In fact, I feel they are less so, because they fail to understand and uphold basic American values. Megan is expressing American values through her right of free speech and expression. There is absolutely nothing unpatriotic about her, frankly, nor does she seem at all bitter, petulant or ungrateful.

    Seems like most of CA, Portland and Seattle WA (all places he has lived or played in) have become toxic breeding grounds for pompus jerks and queers.

    Who trampled the flat? I heard something about that, to be honest, but I also heard that it was debunked.

    As for pride, it is not the same thing as patriotism. In fact, pride does not appear in the definition:

    Do you have Trump on your brain? Do you have to deflect to Trump on every topic? Trump is worth ~ $3B, I don't recall him inheriting anywhere near that much so he obviously earned the rest, unlike so many of our politicians.

    The company had gay pride flags put up on all our cubes. I took the ones on my cube down and replaced them with USA flags. Too bad I didn't have any Betsy Ross flags.

    What does that mean? As compared to what? Yes, she's a soccer player. She is one of the best women's soccer players in the world. That's not bad.

    Anti Trump? She hates America, period. She wants to be paid the same as a man and that's not Trump's fault. Why doesn't she simply identify as a man, no one will question him on that, and compete with the big boys? Does he have special rights just because he plays on the women's team?

    She pretty much exposes it when she opens her mouth, the best thing she could come up with their return to the country as an inspiration to all the young athletes and country was MF and then the best thing she could come up with on national TV when being honored at the ESPY awards was "I'm not going to say F". Not to bright, no class.
