I was just stating the rules. Threatening other people is frowned upon no matter where you are at, and asking someone if they have life insurance in the context we have is usually considered a threat.

Absolutely not. I could do without either and take care of my family and run my business. I did it for many years before cell phones became the norm and computers were in most every household.

Having insurance for highly unlikely events is paranoia. Life insurance isn't paranoia. Everyone dies. Car insurance isn't paranoia. Car accidents happen every day. Health insurance isn't paranoia. People get sick. Dental insurance isn't paranoia. People get cavities, broken teeth, and dentures.
