Notice the timing of this lawsuit?
One week before the IG report is slotted to be released
If the IG report indicates that Comey and company gave Clinton a pass He very easily can win that lawsuit

The allegation is sound and has evidence suggesting a clear case of unequal application of law.

Why do you think it is frivolous?

He already tried this as a defense. He got a year for being dumb. Suck it up buttercup stop blaming others for your stupidity.

Pardon didn’t change his other than honorable discharge. Can’t work for my company.

He already got laughed out of court with this at his criminal trial.

But he didn't intend to mishandle classified information. Why did he not get a Hillary pass?

But he did. He even admitted he knew his photos were illegal.

Did anybody actually follow this case? He is really the dumbest sailor ever in our Navy.

    Want to bet?

Dude is begging for a car on his website. Such a loser.

Yeah but he didn't intend there to be any harm, just like Hillary. Shirley no reasonable prosecutor would have prosecuted him...

It's not frivolous as much as it is whistling in the dark. He should sue and he should win; but the justice system is rigged to let important Dems skate and the important politically-colluding RINOs who help them get away Scott free skate as well. Still, the publicity should at least cause Barack Obama to scowl. Slowly and bit by bit the exalted reputation that the Left manufactured for him and forced into being via the expedient of labeling all his detractors racist, IS gradually crumbling; and that is a good thing.

    His prosecutors did.

Selective prosecution happens all the time. Maybe he should own his mistake an quit playing victim. He wears it poorly.

Ok, by that logic, at a minimum Hillary should get a year in jail for being dumb. Hillary doing the perp walk? Lawd thank you for letting me live long enough to see these great days. Not even a Trump fan.

Given that a pardon is considered an admission of guilt, it would seem he has even less ground to stand on. Hopefully he knows that he can still be charged for perjury and other crimes.

Prosecutors have discretion as to which alleged crimes are prosecuted. Those that have the highest likelihood of a conviction are prosecuted. Those that don't, aren't. This isn't rocket science, nor is it some sort of state secret. It's called the "legal system", and it's been in place for more than 200 years.

My vice president is a former submarine officer and we talked about this case a year or so ago. For what it's worth, he said every submariner absolutely and positively knows that photos of certain locations on a ship or boat are positively forbidden. He also went on to say that what this guy took pictures of the Russians and Chinese probably knew more about than he did. He also said a submariner could tell a spy more about the ship in 30 minutes and those photographs could. What it comes down to is he broke the rules and he knew the rules before he broke them. Now do the same standards apply to Clinton and her team, Comey, McCabe, and others?

Prosecutors have already said there's enough evidence to charge Clinton, Comey even said as much.

"Charging" and "convicting" are two entirely separate legal actions. One does not guarantee the other. Prosecutors understand this. You, apparently, do not.
