If you want to change some law, you need to be more serious about it. For instance, you should know current law.

"alien’s life or freedom would not be threatened on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion," its not life or freedom threatened generally, its threatened on account of race, religion, etc.
