Had it occurred to you that social media should be ignored?

    Roseanne Barr pays for hers.

And freedoms are being affected as security issues increase. Those "crazies" seem to be increasing in numbers. and are determining the need for more security........and decreasing freedoms.

That is the liberal style. Let's turn the government upside down and remove freedoms because a handful of nuts broke into the capitol. Makes sense to me.

Not sure it is a a political leaning that is as big factor in all this as human nuttiness. Mental derangement comes in both Red and Blue packages.

How about the Sex addict that shot ;up the spas in Atalanta and killed 8 people?? The thing that matters is that the guy was psychologically impaired. Yes..some violence is political based. No question. But not always. The fact that most targets were Asians is no coincidence either.

extremism seems to have a n OCD component to it.

America is a country full with extremists.
People get shot all over the place there. The % of criminal people behind bars is the highest of the world. Racism is wide spread.
The one is proud that Kamala Harris being black. The other mocks her non white christian first name.
When a white serial killer kills predominantly Asians, the cops explain it as he had "a really bad day"... so we must feel sorry for him or something.
A muslim would not be treated like that in the US.

"He had a bad day".........makes a mockery of the person who said that There is no limit when it comes to stupidity. Seems that 8 people had a much worse day. The culture of violence has many colors. ........and seems to lend itself to extremism as a natural progression...

    Not true.

    Not true.

Not true. Having a high percentage of criminals behind bars is a good thing. That is where we want them. What you meant to say is that the U.S. has the greatest number of people behind bars. That is true. We have a large population and effective law enforcement.

    Not true.

Opinions differ in our country. If you were to go to North Korea you would find unanimity of opinion forced by government.

Not true. The cops blamed it on what the shooter said and that is he suffers from what he views as sexual addiction. Most people understand that the shooter has mental problems. Putting quotation marks around your premise doesn't make it true. A muslim who did that would be arrested, charged and tried in court just like a follower of any religion.

A perfect example of a non-criminal behind bars in the US is Martha Stewart.

The irony is complete that the crook who put her there, James Comey, remains free and unpunished for his many other crimes.

5 times more likely to be killed in the US compared to the EU.
    So it's true.

It points out the crime rate in the US is sky high to equally civilized western nations.
That, and the chance of getting killed...
That makes it a country with loads of extremists.

The American psychological association says so. It's everywhere including in the justice department.

You're missing the point that even the vice president is no stranger of being mocked with a very obvious racist undertone that she hasn't got a typical white Christian first name.

Most people noticed the cop excusing the serial killer for having a very bad day and we should be lenient on that.
I would be laughing in your face if you would say a muslim would get that too after killing a bunch of infidels in the US.
The way that cop behaved is a clear sign of treating different people differently.

About what? How the murder rate of the US compares to the EU? How the amount of criminals are in need to be locked up in the US vs EU? About APA saying racism is all over?

About a white cop saying about a white serial killer , that we kind of need to feel sorry for him cause he had a very bad day by killing all them Asian Americans... a treatment no brown Muslim would get in the US?

It is actually quite sad. A nation that can be so progressive in some levels.......like technology, science , medicine.......... and yet be so backward . It suggest a deep insecurity........ as under hatred, anger, resentment, prejudice is one common emotion/ factor.......and it is fear. . All the boasting that takes place a can be persevered as over compensating for those underlying insecurities./ Why else do so many guns exist in the country?? More guns than people. That is a lot f fear. . When one group is so threatened by another........ extremism comes into play......as does extreme hatred. Of course attitudes of superiority factor in too. The Native Americans were the first targets o such prejudice/ (extreme). Blacks/ browns and Asians as well as Muslims all have their position in this fabric of bias. And each has been victimized .......
In some way s the country is still young......and is going through growing pains in its evolutionary path It is a country of extremes...by virtue of its nature.

Must be those “alternative facts” liked so much by some on the right. What you are disagreeing with is fact.

Your selection of facts which you choose based on what fits your narrative while ignoring others.

Aka an alternative group of facts than someone else.

The thing about facts.......is that there is usually only one set of them. (which are supported by evidence) Everything else is "interpretation" of same...

Let’s do an easy one: “The % of criminal people behind bars is the highest of the world.”

Name a country with a higher prison population?

Your assertion fails to acknowledge that people can be ignorant of some facts and therefore have access to a different set of facts than you. They can also be biased, therfore accept a different level of evidence in accepting their facts . Etc..

I don't know that fact so how about an alternate one. "1+2=3"!

You know we have search engines that can lookup anything you want now, right?

It’s a simple question, maybe try again?

I am not interested in exploring your fact,. I prefer an alternative fact. "5+3=8". Math facts are more fun.

I am not trolling. Just making a point.
