This is about an evil man that caught for four counts of mail fraud, four counts of wire fraud, one count of aggravated identity theft, and five counts of money laundering. He drove his car off a loading dock into the Pacific Ocean to kill his family. He had his car window open so he could escape leaving his wife and two of his young sons to die. The two boys were straped in their seats and couldn't get out and died. The wife managed to get out but couldn't swim so a nearby fisherman threw a flotation device and her life was safe. The two boys ages 13 and 8 were severely autistic. The killer Ali F. Elmezayen, 45 will be sentanced to 212 years in proson and possibly life.
U.S. District Judge John F. Walter called it an “evil and diabolical” scheme during Thursday’s sentencing. “He is the ultimate phony and a skillful liar…and is nothing more than a greedy and brutal killer,” Walter said. “The only regret that the defendant has is that he got caught.”

 

The man is a ghoul. He deserves to never have freedom again.

 

This was premeditated murder of a family, his own family. There is no reason why this guy should live past this weekend, none.

 

Holy ****... this is the worst kind of evil I've heard of in a while. Even serial killers are better people than this. His own family... wtf.

When I first saw this story I was horrified or didn't know what to think except he is an evil bastard. The man was going to use some of the money to buy real estate in Egpty and a boat (probablhy a luxury yacht) and I guess he was going to live it up and I'm pleased that this isn't going to happen or more thrilled to death. They ought to take him out and hang him or reopen the gas chamber the put him there.

 

The DP cases should be reserved for evil like this in the world who are so callously possessed by greed and want to even murder their own kin.

 

I wonder how many other fathers have killed their children because they had autism, or some other inconvenient disability, and the father was disappointed that they had such a child and wanted to get rid of them.

It's awful to contemplate, but it may happen a lot more and the murders are never discovered.

It's not uncommon for parents to have more than one developmentally disabled child, due to genetic causes.

The parents wanted children, but they didn't want ones with developmental disabilities.

Ali F. Elmezayen had no regrets on anything he did.He wanted that money so he could live it up. He didn't care for anyone except himself and not his wife or two autistic boys. His only regret was that he got caught and I'm really happy that he did get caught. Elmezayen is only sorry he got caught. He isn't sorry for anything else.

Where did you read in this article that this happened because he didn't want children with developmental disabilities? This case is about insurance fraud, not a burnt out parent.

 

Uh...what's wrong with "life without parole"? I thought these goofy hundreds of years sentences were a thing of the past, guess I was wrong.

 

What this piece of human garbage needs is either a bullet to the back of the head or a rope around his neck. Why should he get to live while his kids do not?

 

Put him in general population and make sure everyone there knows what he did. Justice will be served.

 

This guy should spend the entirety of the 200 years in a totally lightless cell. The only sound he should ever hear should be the cell opening where his bread and water are shoved in every 24 hours or the automatic flushing of his toilet once a day. He should go blind because his eyes atrophy
Parenthood is so wonderful we should force people to have and raise children they don't want, the condition will soothe their troubled souls and transform them into loving and caring parents when before they wouldn't be fit to raise a goldfish. There are any number of good but childless parents who would have gladly paid this guy whatever the life insurance was going to for even autistic children to call their own but even to suggest that organizations should exist to put such people together will have me called a reprobate of the first water.

I don't think the issue was he had children he didn't want. I think he didn't realize his children were autistic until several years after they were already born.
I'm not sure why you bring up the issue of abortion here. (Remember, he didn't try to kill his other normal child)
Abortion would not have prevented this situation from happening. He probably would have forced his wife to abort if he knew the specific babies she was pregnant with had autism.

 

Why did he also try to kill his ex-wife? She wasn't autistic. As usual, you just create backstories however they fit into your narrative. This was insurance fraud.

 

Hit two birds with one stone. He probably didn't want to be married to her any longer.

So he gets rid of his wife and his two high-needs children, and he still has the other normal son left alive, to perpetuate his legacy.

I "bring up" the abortion because he almost certainly didn't want the children to begin with. People find themselves pregnant for all sorts of reasons and we still stigmatize abortion so strongly that many people go ahead and have unwanted children anyway. Most don't go nearly this far later on and the majority get by with no real problem, many even like it. BUT I've never understood why anyone thinks it's alright to FORCE people to have bloody CHILDREN they don't want, and the idea that there are MILLIONS who want to COERCE people to do just that is bloody BOLLOCKS IMO. I know, I know, it's a human life and all that **** but so is a wart had we the resources that are routinely given to any premature baby and I don't see lots of demonstrators outside most dermatology clinics.

Agreed. I've seen it up close and too often. People are absolutely sick to want to dictate who should bring a child into the world. I bet none of them have ever been to a women's center or abortion clinic or family courthouse and seen these women who are constantly struggling and beating themselves up because they simply don't have the support they need to take care of their child/ren.

This case is about GREED, plain and simple.
