    How about saying a woman has the right to her own body, even if that includes eugenics?

    Do you feel that you can play God?

    Intrauterine genetic testing is expected to become a fad in the near future.

    You could determine things like your baby's eye color, or the chances that your child will have ADHD.

    Do you think RvW would have come out the way it did if the petitioner didn't claim she had been gang-raped by black men (she much later in her life admitted she had lied about that), and those conservative justices hadn't sided with the liberals?

    Let's face it, it might not have been in the actual ruling, but the outcome of RvW was entirely founded in the eugenics belief that mixed-race babies shouldn't be brought into existence, especially when it was allowing "rapist genes" to propagate, a belief that was widespread at the time (that kind of also fits into the category of eugenics).

    Eugenics - when a woman kills for eugenics reasons

    That means when something is not genetically desirable about the baby, but it could go on to live a happy life. But the woman kills because it is not what SHE desires.

    Yeah, maybe so. But he does have a point about who won the war. The Russians broke the Nazi's back at Stalingrad and later at the battle of Kurst. Germany never recovered from those defeats.

    There is no "murder scene" because there is no murder.

    It's not "evidence" ( since there was no crime)….and it is disposed of in the hazardous waste...

    We are human from the moment life begins at conception. The killing of us at any point prior to birth is the killing of a human being no matter the designation some give to said human to make it easier to rationalize and try to escape guilt for the death.

    I see clear parallels here to the euthanasia of the severely mentally retarded. Think about it, what do the severely mentally retarded and preborn babies have in common? They both can't talk, can't really communicate, can't resist or fight back in any meaningful way...

    If the unborn are expendable, it's really hardly any jump to say that the severely retarded are too.
