OK, so to mash all the air bubbles out of this thing as we understand it so far, Kavanaugh is now being accused of "sexual misconduct" with a girl when HE WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL!

Evidently they found some woman from the ranks of "Me, too" who's willing to 'come forward' and blast Cavanaugh with charges of mischief with her when HE WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL.

Typical Democrat delaying tactic to avoid there being a balance achieved on the Supreme Court. They figure that if they can win back the majority status in the House of Representatives, they can destroy the nomination of Cavanaugh altogether.

Funny. We were all FORBIDDEN to be able to see President "Messiah's" college transcripts, but it's perfectly OK for an ANONYMOUS woman to snipe at Cavanaugh about 'misconduct' when he was in high school.

Just an outrage and that Feinstein would go public with an anonymous person from HIGH SCHOOL makes a claim she can't even tell us what it is, refuses to pursue it, just wants to do a hit and run on the mans reputation but that she has turned it over to "investigators" is OUTRAGEOUS. This is a public lynching on unsubstantiated unprovable charges for which there can be no defense other than a denial. She should be thoroughly criticized.

 

Yes McConnell should announce tomorrow there will be an immediate floor vote in order to stop further spurious character assassinations on this honorable man by the Democrats.

I gather from reports she has refused to divulge the information because the person wants total anonymity, or something like that.

So what's better, a hint so speculation can run rampant across the massive liberal media partnership, or revelation, so the issue can be dealt with head on?

If I were a member of the New Democratic Party, the hint avenue would be much more effective on many levels.

 

I don't know that I have ever seen anything this low since they tried with Anita Hill to intimidate Clarence Thomas with phony accusation and he said NO, take it to the floor I will not withdraw. Hill never thought she would have to testify it would remain secret.

 

She want anonymity, she doesn't what it disclosed what happened, and she doesn't want to pursue it. She just wants to do a drive by shooting.

 

No, there isn't, that's why Feinstein is doing this. Plus, he wiped the floor with her misunderstanding of "common use' when it comes to semi-automatic firearms on national television. This is her way of lashing back at him for having the nerve to be correct on a constitutional issue and allowing her to embarrass herself on national television.

He had yet to make Feinstein look foolish on national television.

Do you suppose the reason this request went to federal law enforcement is because there may be criminal conduct alleged? I can't imagine a lot of the criminal code is conceivably impacted by college transcripts.

Until I hear more, I am inclined to believe that the nature of the accusations left Feinstein feeling she had no choice but to send that letter. I also think that absent any more detail on the nature of this accusation, the Senate ought not forestall this vote, waiting for a response by law enforcement.

Feinstein says she referred letter concerning Kavanaugh to federal investigators
The top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee said the letter was from a person who “strongly requested confidentiality.”

Feinstein reportedly had this Mystery Accusation in her large back pocket since July.

What a shock, she drops it as the hearings are coming to a close and there's not enough time to "investigate this matter fully" before the elections.

 

Democrats will stop at nothing to destroy America.

 

I happen to believe both parties are destroying this country. the republicans have been all about destroying democracy forever by hacking and controlling the vote and the dems do it with outrage.
