The presence or frequency of guns is clearly not the deciding factor in the cause of mass shootings. Something else is driving Americans on killing sprees. We could prolly figure out what it is if we stopped trying to blame civilian gun ownership.

Yes and have you looked at our legislation? No “open carry” and all guns in civilian hands must be locked in a secure safe unless in use at designated areas ie on farms or at a gun range

 

I know Texas would have a problem with how this guy went around for 30 minutes stabbing people before the police arrived. That is only because guns from citizens taken away.

 

And we have 'no guns in school' laws. Doesnt stop people from shooting up schools. I don't see how adding 'keep it in a safe' is gonna help prevent people from breaking the 'no shooting kids' law...

Besides, that's 260,000-600,000 ILLEGAL guns in Aus. Not the people who have govt-issued permits. These are guns already in the hands of criminals. As to why yours don't shoot up schools and ours do ...well clearly its not cuz of the guns.
