The left makes up their own evidence when they accuse.

 You all need to get a new script. Dems have been saying the same thing about Republicans for decades and visa versa. Yet the country is still here.

I don’t think so. No one took tRaitor tRump seriously until he and his supporters attacked OUR CAPITOL.

OUR beloved America has survived a lot. But it’s never been a sure thing. And we’ve never faced a threat like tRaitor tRump before, where we have actual Americans that “claim” to be patriots but support the overthrow of government BY the PEOPLE in favor of a dictatorship by tRaitor tRump.

Untrue. Even when the vilify everything about the Dems started with Newt Gingrich, I never said such a thing. It was only with the Orange Sphincter that it became clear that the GOP was a threat to the country.

No, it was not. That was another FLOP by a grasping GOP.

The report was approved by the DOJ.

In addition, I was involved in DOD security for most of my adult life. Biden clearly violated security laws. As a senator and VP, Biden had no right to remove those documents from a secure facility and those documents were not properly protected after they were removed from a secure facility.

Your point? Of course it was approved by an impartial DOJ. They allowed Ben Hur to do his job.

Did you not read the report or listen to Hur’s testimony? Biden cooperated. Trump obstructed justice and lied and tried to hide the documents. They’re being treated differently because they are different.

    Trump is being prosecuted.

Biden broke the law, but is not being prosecuted. Biden's actions were a more serious security risk. He had documents for decades in numerous locations little or no protection. Trumps were in his apartment with the secret service around 24 hours a day.

Because he wouldn't cooperate with NARA's request to return the documents.
Because he cooperated with NARA, he was even pro active about it.
Which is no different that tRaitor tRump.
Not all of the documents were, so NO, they didn't have Secret Service protection ... at all.

People who cooperate as Biden did do not "break the law"; it would be a waste of prosecutorial resources to prosecute when you cannot prove intent.

What Trump did was not "safer". Did federal agents stop him from hiding the docs and lying about it? Did they stop him from showing secrets to Meadows' writers or Aussie businessmen?

Intent to mishandle classified is not a requirement. The requirement is to properly protect them. Not to do so, on purpose or inadvertently, makes little difference.
They definitely were safer than just lying around in an unprotected garage and other locations. Biden shared documents with a ghost writer. Hiding and lying about them does not compromise them.

You should read Hur's report. Musing out loud isn't how one addresses legal issues.

Intent to violate the law is indeed an element. You apparently do not know this, Kryman.

What did agents in charge of the Orange Pantscrapper do to stop him from violating the law?

Its only march and Dems are already resorting to the good ole poopie-pants maneuver. I can't wait to see what they come up with next. I want something controversial and juicy, makes it good. Nobody wants to think about man-made brownies. I'm thinking something like "Bat-boy sues Trump for molestation but can't remember where it happened".

I’m not gonna make a big deal about Trump making ****-cakes in his diapers. He can’t help it.

    But he’s incompetent. That’s a big problem.

The laws on security require positive actions. Failure to take them is a violation of the law.
It keeps visitors from doing whatever they want. Trump, himself is not the security risk.

Yet that level of official would have aids dealing with the minutia of document storage. In the rush of power transfer it's becoming clear mistakes are made. I get it will say that ignorance doesn't clear them of responsibility. But I'm sure President Biden, tRaitor tRump, and VP Pence weren't the first or only officials to end up with documents they shouldn't have. The difference is how they dealt with it.

President Biden and VP Pence chose to involve NARA from the monment they were discovered and there were no qualms about returning the document. TRaitor tRump Obfuscated and obstructed document return until a frustrated NARA had to involve the FBI.
TRaitor Trump had them in a public bathroom.
    But were they classified.
It compromised our relationships with our allies.

You’re confusing the laws which govern you with the laws as they relate to a VP. Trump unreliability is a huge risk.

A VP is subject to the same laws as I am.

But whether there are or not, there are no laws which allow him to remove classified from a secure area and store them in a non-secure area.

No, VPs are not. That's a facially ridiculous claim.

However " there are no laws which allow him to remove classified from a secure area and store them in a non-secure area."
