You just have to hope there are enough out there that aren't part of that crazy audience, who eat those lies as the truth. I mean, just how bad is the Fox News spell that it has on some people, that when they show a violent protest in Wisconsin with palm trees in the back, wouldn't that signal to someone that maybe they aren't telling the truth? And I guarantee you, even knowing there are palm trees back there, they will still regard it as the truth. Unbelievable!

Did those palm trees in the back change what was said? Were there violent protest or not? Might not have been the same protest, but was there a protest?

Now MSNBC edited several videos and tapes to change what was said or done to make things look completely different than what they were. Big difference my friend.

So, they've been doing this lying on purpose, while their audience as well, knows it. And they simply do not care. What sort of people knowingly live in a world of lies like this and pretend they have integrity, decency, and values? These people value nothing but their own self interests. To perpetuate and chronically lie like this all the time as Fox News does, with its lying supporters, is what's really tearing this country down. Living in a perpetual state of lies and misinformation eventually can bring a system down if there are enough supporters of those lies. This is exactly what is happening right now with this government shutdown.

As far as what Glenn Beck said. If you look, Glenn Beck was talking on his own station, he no longer is on Fox and hasn't been for over a year.

No it was not a lie. In this video he clearly is pointing out that he would work with those in collective bargaining in some capacity. Then, in another segment he changed that tune 180 degrees; http://www.uppitywis.org/blogarticl...er-one-week-election-promising-negotiate-unio

Well at least he said one right thing. Fox lost people who trust them because of the two people who came on as guest and predicted Romney would win. That hurt Romney as I am sure many didn't go and vote thinking why stay in a long line when you don't have to. But they are still the most trusted of all the cable news stations. Where did MSNBC stand as the most trusted?

Some capacity. Wages and grievances. I pointed out all the things Walker said he would not bargain with the union. Whether he changed it later or not, he said it.

Why do you think so many have dropped out of the union? Because there are to many things the union can no longer bargain for.

And what you were also saying was that MSNBC was lying about this. The video proves they were not.

That video didn't show Fox saying Walker would end collective bargaining. That's what the guy on MSNBC said. Fox did say that Walker was running on his platform, I imagine they were talking about the unions.

Good catch! BUT it ain't only FOX, they all do it. One tends not to notice that kind of thing with their own favored news source(s). Politicians are particularly good at speaking for "All Americans" or "The American People (want, need, demand, cry for, cry out)....You get the idea. One phrase that I have heard quite a bit is "The notion that" used by news pundits and always preceding some program, political POV, etc. The phrase is typically used for the purpose of minimizing the importance of anything following it.

Because you noticed this, you can now fortify your "BS filter" which makes you head and shoulders above most so-called 'news' consumers IF you are completely objective about applying it across the board.

Look, is this a competition for the best Fox News lies? If it is, I'm losing. :roflol: I see now, I'm going to have to get busy.

I only saw one graft that I would have trouble with and it is the one that went over 100%. The others might not be true to scale, but with the numbers there, it should be fairly easy to figure out.

Thing is, MSNBC doesn't just try and sway you. They flat out lie. They edit tapes to make things look completely different than what they really are. Like the Zimmerman tape, which they are being sued for. Like the Black guy that they tried to convince you he was White by editing the tape. By editing the tape at the Romney and Ryan rally to make it look like the audience was only cheering for Ryan and not Romney. Lied about what Limbaugh said. Tried to make it look like no minorities were backing Romney by refusing to air all their speeches while covering the RNC. Lied about Romney sending plants to China, etc. etc. They flat out lie about everything.
