You have made a lot of wild claims in this thread. You could have easily defended a position that this partisan media product is not credible without throwing your own credibility out the window by claiming you can read minds and emotions. Now it’s just the pot calling the kettle untrustworthy.

 

I always ask for examples when rightwingers make this laughable accusation.

If you are filing bankruptcy you have no reason to settle. It is moot at that point. You are just throwing crap at the wall hoping something will stick. You have nothing that says they settled for $100 million. You are doing everything you can to avoid that reality. You made a mistake, acknowledge it and move on. Its not that big of a deal.

 

They have everyone reason to settle. It means Gateway Pundits nefarious tactics and proclivity to fake news does not have to be revealed to the public. They can continue on with their shady ways while hiding their tactics from viewers.

 

Instead of steadfast denial in spite of all of the facts, how about you simply provide a credible link to your claim of $100 million? I couldn't find one. On what basis are you making this claim?

 

They won $140 million in the previous case. They had this company dead to rights. It wouldn't be less than $100 million.
