I'd just like to add that one doesn't have to be a frothing Mexican-hater to want to see the border controlled. And that I'm facepalming a lot when I read the frothing Mexican-haters.

Leaving the country at this point doesn't work for me. I need to stay here in order to resist the American left and help in ensuring its failure. The failure of your vision is the top priority. I'm focused on you folks. :) Sux for you.

Do you live in a sanctuary city surrounded by illegal aliens and their gangbanging children? I do. Opinion is informed by experience.

That is learning via observation. Adaptaion is a innate human ability. Some can and others don't. Life is too short to live like a miserable dweller of the past. Some move out others adapt. Quality of life dictates for me.

Some are dependent on being part of a human race, so they commut in traffic and grind with the rat race. Others, like a slow live with easy goings and no worries. And some just follow the next guy with no desire to change and no direction in life.

    Think quality of life.

Not to worry. Hispanics who are born here will assimilate into the culture and be given CORRECT information about birth-control in school.

I asked for FACTS and SUBSTANCE, and you give me conjecture and speculation, resulting in shaky information with no link sources. Here are some FACTS and SUBSTANCE for you. In a recent study by the Pew Hispanic Center, illegal aliens in Texas were 9% of the labor force. In California, they were 10%. That's close to 2 million workers being displaced from a job because of those illegal invaders. That's about 14% of the entire unemployed workforce of the United States of 14 million - (the US government figure).

    http://www.texastribune.org/immigra.../undocumented-population-in-texas-increasing/

BTW, the study refers to illegal aliens as "undocumented workers". HA HA. Isn't that a gas ? To call an illegal alien an undocumented worker, is about the eqiuvalent of calling a bank robber an "informal withdrawl agent". LOL.

You can follow your political and xenophobic path all you wish, however, you are never going to get good ole Americans to do much of the work that many of the illegals are doing. I live in an area of farming and I have never once seen a white boy working in the fields. You thinking that will change simply because a few illegals go back home is wishful thinking at best.

And even if all of the illegals disappear, other legal immigrants, most of them look identical to illegals, with LEGAL green cards, will take those jobs and the pay will remain where it is at today because of the supply and demand scenario.

What is our collective next step if you force all illegals out of the USA and Americans won't do the work?

First of all I am 50% Hispanic, I speak fluent Spanish, and I am not "xenophobic" anything. As for getting Americans to work in the fields, HA HA, did you think that is such hard work ? Try checking out the work that I and my US Army Corps of Engineers construction workers did when I was doing that (and thousands of Whites are doing it today). Watch them build an M4T6 bridge, where the steels beams weigh a half ton each, and there's not a crane in sight. Unlike the candy ass construction that illegal aliens are so prominent in, whereby their heavy beams are moved with cranes, in the Corps, the beams (balks they're called) have handles on them.
White and black and Hispanic American kids lift these monsters from dawn to dusk, heat or cold, rain or shine.

You think picking fruit is tough ? FYI, the toughest, dirtiest, and most dangerous jobs in America are being done by Americans (most of them White), with not a single illegal alien in the bunch. Try coal miners, firefighters, cops, troops in Afghanistan, and Army Corps of Engineers construction.

As for legal immigration, that should be stopped almost entirely, and should have been years ago, as ex-Rep. Virgil Goode (R-VA) proposed a few years ago. The fact that the govt is issuing 150,000 work visas a month to foreigners, while we have 14 million Americans unemployed is lunacy, and downright traitorous.

As for the next step, Americans WILL do the work, and already are doing work far more tough, and dirty, and dangerous than the illegals are. Also, many of the jobs illegals are doing are working in air-conditioned buildings, doing both skilled and unskilled work. And there is no labor shortage in America (skilled or unskilled) necessitating the influx of foreigners.

I don't care if you are Hispanic or Purple. Xenophobia exists no matter.

Guess you haven't read enough to understand farmers cannot get Americans to work at their farms. Do some reading so you have better information.

Your 14 million Americans who are unemployed DO NOT qualify for the jobs that are being held by green card workers...

Funny thing that intelligence. It is the only thing free that will have great pay off. In fact intelligence is the only thing capitalism has failed to capitalize on. dumbing down on the ohter hand is also as profitable.

I suspect all these Hispanic women getting knocked up and shooting out brown babies with reckless abandon is going to cause some racial resentment from some of the other ethnicities.

The problem in the US is that people do not want to work.

Why do they not want to work you ask?
Simple, we pay them not to work! They receive a check in the mail for food, heating, cooling; they are eligible for a free phone and free internet; and sometimes they are provided a home to raise their children (who they also receive checks for).

If someone is given the choice to sit on their couch in their subsidized house eating their subsidized food or go out in a field and pick fruit which do you think they would pick.

Export the ILLEGAL workers (people on visas do not fit this description), jail the illegal employers, place stipulations on entitlement programs (you work for your money); and watch those unfilled positions fill up.

So you think rounding up and deporting all the illegals is going to 'force' Americans to take farming jobs?? Dream on!

I am a farmer and we already cannot get enough labor so where are the Americans who wish to do this work?

You are commenting on a topic in which you have little knowledge and zero direct experience...

Look how fast Mexico's population has been multiplying. I say they are responsible for much of their own poverty.

Then we need a program to import workers to pick the produce, pay them, and send them home.

The poor in poor countries usually have lots of chidren to take care of the parents when they get old. With no retirement they have children hoping some will survive to care for them.

And the church is against birth control.

Contraceptives are available, but riding dirty feels good for the impulsive and the ignorant.

This is exactly what we used to have...migrant farm workers! They would arrive for harvest, move around from harvest to harvest, then go home. But this is not possible today without being strip searched and hassled and abused and detained, etc. so they avoid the borders wherever they might be.

But with the need for more workers and year-around work many of them just stay in the USA.

I'm not pro-illegals...I just know there are no other workers so it's either a few illegals or go out of business...

My post # 71 just trounced your post # 72. Looks like you couldn't come up with anything to respond to it (other than a mindless, childish temper tantrum. You won't "consider" anything, because you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
