Aside from the transgender matter, what cause would you have to think there was abuse going on? You may not like it, but there's no law prohibiting sex changes, and the earlier they get them, the better the end result will be for them. There's probably more psychological damage caused by trying to force them to be someone they're not than by addressing the issue.

The fact is that this may make some people uncomfortable, but it's not child abuse.
