GOP Power Rankings 9/12/11...

As an outsider, I hope Rick Perry doesn't win a GOP nomination because on foreign policy at least, he sounds exactly like Bush or even worse. That ex-airforce pilot on the other hand seems like he's for a very limited foreign and domestic government interference and interventionism, but some statements he's made to date speak to a degree of his political inexperience.
