Don't worry, we are counting, and your numbers are falling as the wealth agenda tea potty's unreasonable ways are increasingly discounted. Thanx for being SO extreme!

Yes, they suck, especially when controlled by cons, but overall, you are so much better of thanx to the EPA in your every day life that possibly you can't even see it.

The question was; do you like clean air and water? Not more distraction and misdirection by cons of the root problem.

Kills jobs that need to be killed, while producing better jobs in their stead.

So here, to answer your "non-accusations:"

    - Western civilization has its pros and its cons. I certainly prefer it over many other models, though. I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to when you say the "Asian" model particularly considering China is well on its way to massive environmental destruction.

    - I have never pushed for an "anti-capitalist technocracy" nor am I a socialist.

This is what it is; name-calling in the guise of rhetorical questioning. I'll give you an example:

"Have you always been a racist? I'm not CALLING you a racist, I'm just a man (much like Glenn Beck) asking questions!"

In sum, this type of question is ultimately unproductive.

It really is interesting watching stupid people try to argue about something they know nothing about.

Let us go back to first principles - The Golden Rule.

That simply states that if you don't want to live in a pile of feces and breath crap through your nose, drink polluted filthy water and eat diseased, rotten food that is slowly killing you and your children......

-then you should not ask others to do it either.

And another thing for you to get through your thick skulls is that the Golden Rule predates and overrides The American Constitution - in fact it overrides each and every Constitution and arrangement since time began.

That is the basis for the existence of both the EPA and the rules it enforces.

The corollaries to this are very simple.

    1. Just because you "Own property" doesn't confer on you the automatic right to either destroy its value or create a mess on it, or under it, that is going to plague future generations to eternity.

    2. If you engage in activities that produce something that escapes from your property that is judged as harmful to other people then your activity will be curtailed or stopped. Examples include creating noise, creating large amounts of toxic pollution in ground water or surface water or the air.

You may argue whether CO2 is a pollutant or not in the context of discussing the existence of global warming.

You may argue that fracking is perhaps wrong or dangerous.

You can argue about the closure of Coal fired power plants.

You can argue about GM food, pesticides and the spotted owl.

You can argue about the letter, enforcement and cost of regulation.

However please do not argue about the perfect right of the state to control and regulate environmental matters, and most especially help me keep my blood pressure under control by avoiding Libertarian clap trap.
