My insurance went up, it's been gone up every year I've had insurance (since 1974).
But the last three years have been the smallest increases (since ObamaCare passed).
So I've been helped by ObamaCare, if you had insurance, you would have noticed the same thing.

hurts people more than it helps people,
costs much more than we have in the coffers,
accomplishes none of the stated goals

    And your proof is where?

Have you troubled yourself to look at the links posted by me and others which prove it has reduced costs while insuring many thousands who did not have insurance or those whose lives have been saved due to reform?

Everybody is entitled to their opinion. But if you wish to be believed you need to present evidence of your claim. You have presented nothing so that your opinion is just that but does not constitute fact.

you would have noticed the same thing

And it would be even more obvious if you didn't have insurance.

As I've said before, prior to ACA I did not have insurance coverage but now I do. For someone in his 60s and half crippled with illness, the health care reform has been a blessing.

Like all else, I paid my taxes and am entitled to the same coverage Israelis have thanks to our tax dollars. At least I paid my way, they did not. Yet the right wing delusionals feel they are entitled to our money. That's because in their twisted minds foreigners should have more rights than we should (and at our expense!).

The delusionals continue to make these ridiculous charges but not of them has presented a shred of evidence to prove their absurd claims. We see this dozens of times every day on this forum. And it is a good bet that we shall see even more. The right wing delusionals lose every debate, the Patriots win.

America wins with ACA! :flagus: :flagus: :flagus:

    Irrefutable facts:
Millions of Americans lost their health insurance coverage (and/or lost the policy that they liked and wanted to keep) due to the governmental bureaucratic regulations of Obamacare. (I am one of those taxpayers who lost their BCBS coverage due to Obamacare.)

Far less, and the numbers vary depending upon which government story you choose to believe, have actually signed up thru the Obamacare website.
And NOBODY, including Kathleen Sebilius, can seem to figure out how many of those have successfully had their policies implemented and fees paid.
    Nobody.

I get it that you are a shameless cheerleader for your President.
Your loyalty is to be admired.
But you are kidding yourself, friend, if you honestly believe that this law is doing more help than harm.

There are hundreds of ways that we could have improved the health care management in the United States, and unfortunately, your President chose to ignore all the good advice that he was given on the topic.

Instead, he rammed thru a bloated, pork-filled law that grows government, gives unGodly power and authority to the IRS (a ridiculously-inefficient organization on it's BEST day), cost MUCH more than we have in the Federal coffers (according to more than one CBO report), has increased the health care costs for most taxpayers, including myself and every single one of my teammates and coworkers,
    and (get this)
    IT DOESN'T COVER ALL AMERICANS.
(I am one of the few Americans who actually took the time to read the law. It took me a month. It doesn't cover all Americans.)

If it doesn't cover all Americans, what was the point of all this pork, regulation, and staggering expense?

    Face it, chum.
The law is a joke, and it will go down in history as one of the worst and most corrupt bits of legislation to ever be perpetrated on the American taxpayers.

You can believe in Koch lies or in fairy tales all you wish. But I prefer to stick to reality.

The fact remains that MILLIONS have now signed up and we are no longer hearing or reading stories of 45,000 dying every year due to lack of health care. True, this breaks the hearts of many of you far right delusionals but it is a TRUTH you will have to live with for the rest of your lives.

More good news = the sign ups now amount to FIVE million:

Obamacare enrollment tops 5 million amid surge in sign-ups

    Read it and weep.

And a quarter of those uninsured based on the ACA are supposed to be on Medicaid and many states opted out hurting their own low income and poor populations.

If the Red state obstructionsts hadn't balked at expanding Medicaid the number of enrollees would top six million and possibly approach seven million. ACA would have been a complete success and the Republicans on this forum and elsewhere would have their mouths shut. They continue to pretend ACA is a failure and dream up every lame brain excuse to attack it. But the reality is that it is working and any shortcomings are properly attributable to Republican obstructionism.

A government report released yesterday detailed how the U.S. economy is already benefiting from the law: by driving up personal income and consumer spending. Between Medicaid expanding to cover millions more low-income people, and families who bought private insurance on the exchange and took advantage of the law’s generous tax credits, the ACA contributed a $33.9 billion jump in personal income for January alone.

Think about that for a second — a $33.9 billion jump in personal income in the first month of the law’s full implementation.

The report also found a bigger than expected increase in consumer spending as well — about $45.2 billion total for the month. The Wall Street Journal looked at the report and said that about three-quarters of this surprisingly positive growth came from those benefiting from the ACA.

Contrary to the endless lies of the delusional far right, ACA is working.

    Thank you President Obama!

Another unsolicited, unedited, unfiltered report from healthcare.gov.fb. Let the lefts' merriment over the suffering of American families continue.

    Nancy Klee
There is absolutely nothing affordable about this! Every time I go on the plans we are offered cost more than before & our information hasn't changed. Over $600 a month for a deductible of over $11,000 and then 40% of everything after that? Seriously? We can't afford that, we'd have to give up our house & become homeless. Whoever decided this was affordable has rocks in their head!!!!!Like(*)·(*)12(*)·(*)Reply(*)·(*)Yesterday at 5:09pm

Now I'm told half of my family qualify for subsidy and my kids has to go on public assistance.... WTH!!! I was better off before with what I wanted not what I was forced to do....Like(*)·(*)13(*)·(*)Reply(*)·(*)Yesterday at 12:15pm

I don't believe posts on Social Media have an example from a reliable source a major magazine or newspaper?

Another one who needs their news filtered. If you can't sift thru raw material and form your own conclusions, guess you'll have to wait til somebody you trust tells you what it means.

Where else do people have to go if they think they're being screwed? Its the only place they have a chance to be heard. Unless folks can't be bothered to read their stories.

nice try... someone that has insurance through work, but thought they could get it cheaper quitting their job and getting it via ObamaCare so they could be a stay at home mom, of course work insurance is cheaper, the employer pays half of the costs... another republican jealous of the poor, so they try to be poor and don't like actually being poor... grass is always greener on the other side - not to mention she would now need to insure both herself AND the baby
