Wow, sounds just like the US version. Many think they are heroes and defended the country by invading under military aggression, then they come home with PTSD for the rest of their lives.

What's the difference? Disillusioned and damaged young men, the product of war.

You are surprised or something? Civilians going to war abroad on their own, bearing arms to murder people out of whatever reason was in their skull at that moment - are pretty much outlaws.

Mercernaries, doing the same thing for money - you'd be surprised, outlaws too.

Articles of penal code 354, 353 and 359.
    http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_10699/b27efbe4f1d55b32b0ecefbb21fefc659bdc6a8e/ - 354, agitation for agressive war.
http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_10699/76d05ec44f1dfdc1272245049c8da8bb66dd9198/ - 353, planning, preparation, instigation or performance of agressive war.
    http://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_10699/a9e28227f557dc1e6659c1d88613790bb3dddb5b/ - 359, mercenarism.

Up to 5 years in jail, up to 20 years in jail, and up to 7 years in jail for just being a mercenary. That is without counting in the participation in war and other things like that.

Welcome to the Federation, unlike Ukraine we do not nurture civilians who dress up in camo from "Hunt'n'Fishing" store and go murdering people in the name of whatever excuse they came up with.

Provide proofs...please...that there aren't! I've posted several that there are including this thread. There are 2 posters that couldn't prove that there weren't any....I'm sure you'll be #3, not surprising though.
