I have no idea if you are racist.

The post was racist, because you felt obligated to say "raped by a black man".

you are correct. that is hugely stereotypical.

how analytical are those politicians who are admired by conservative men for their "gut feelings?" (to say nothing of those "conservative men.")

Yep, racist Democrat DA policies are made specifically to let Black men out of prison as much as possible. And those Black men go on to rape and murder.

What’s your problem again? Still can’t find that original thought?

The problem with the OP is that it is the REPUBLICANS (specifically the MAGA Trumpers) who exploit fear for votes. Illegal immigrants, gay people, transgendered people, "woke" ideology, government take over, losing your guns, religion being banned....all things that Republicans campaign on. None of it being even remotely true...but it generates fear and that equals votes.

If you vote for racist politicians who make racist policies, what’s the difference?

Shall we get into the 'the sky is falling' climate CRISIS? Food insecurity? Everybody is a racist?

Hyperbole is the tool of politicians of both parties. The majority of the time, the government creates the problem, and they sell it as only the government can fix the problem (that they created).

Hypercriticism of OUR Government is fashionable with MAGA conservatives. It’s tRaitor tRump’s stock in trade. Their problem is OUR Government has created the Greatest, most powerful and, prosperous nation ever in the history of the world.

TRaitor tRump and his followers hate These United States so much that they’ve gone to the extreme of attacking OUR Capitol.

No one votes for illegal immigration. We had illegal immigration when Trump was president. We had illegal immigration when Reagan was President. We had illegal immigration when GWB was president. And they are not Democrats, are they?

As for being "let out," there are laws in this country in which one has to abide. The judge is the one who sets bail and the state legislature makes the laws in which bail is applied. Again, KR was accused of murder. Should he have been left out or prison until the trial was concluded? Something called the 8th Amendment rings a bell?

So you vote for a Democrat that lets criminals out of prison and they rape you and you can’t connect the dots because “there’s always been rape”. Lol. Sounds like you are completely incapable of even recognizing a problem let alone fix it.

It is discretionary whether a prosecutor decides to prosecute and discretionary how much of the law to uphold. You pretending the law has to be equally prosecuted and equally applied is complete BS devoid of anything remotely resembling cognitive functioning.

You can’t play chess if you can’t connect dots. Stick to simpler things buddy. Way too complicated for you

For starters, you failed to answer the simple question I asked: Should KR not be given bail because he was accused of homicide? That is a very simple answer of either yes or no. It is not a question of whether he is guilty or not, or the outcome of the trial after the fact, but simply a question of whether he should have been given bail.

I vote for the best-qualified candidate. However, no matter if the DA is D or R, they must abide by the state legislature rules, and abide by the court's decision. This is more procedural law than anything else even though the 8th amendment does say no excessive bail. And that depends on each state. My state, Texas, may allow remand if the suspect has no connections to the community, is a hanious crime, and some other facts, but the judge, after listening to both the Prosecution and Defense, will render the decision. It appears you don't know much how our law works even though you live here. And that is the saddest thing.

And yes, it is discretionary whether the prosecutor does prosecute, but most prosecutors will abide by the decision of the grand jury if they give a bill or no bill. And we shall see with the Bexar County DA on whether he will decide to prosecute by providing the evidence to the Grand Jury. I give it 50/50 on a bill, even in Bexar County.

That is a great point that I never considered.

First they voted for Prohibition, then FDR.

Obviously, I am not saying that women should not be able to vote, but I can just imagine that the men who opposed it in that day must have been absolutely livid when they voted in prohibition. They must have been saying "see....I told you so!"

Exactly. Look who they put in office...Tweedle dee and tweedle dumb.

Don't get me wrong, women are MUCH better than men in many areas, but courage and leadership is not one of them [on balance]. This should not be difficult to ascertain for those paying attention over the past several millennia.

I hate to be the one to break it to you but there are all kinds of differences between men and women.

If you were walking down the street and and several nasty looking young men where sizing you up, who are you praying comes around the corner, a couple of women's libbers or a couple of guys who understand how to project strength?

Acknowledging the strengths of women and men is normal. Pretending that women and men are the same is ignorant.

I don't care what Trump supporters do. I can see with my own eyes, think with my own brain, and use critical thinking skills that some seem to lack.

If you choose to believe that everything the government does is for the people's benefit, then you haven't been paying attention. Politicians and their minions seek to preserve themselves first, and the lowly citizens come second. Causing divisiveness, unrest, and having people point their fingers at each other so no one pays attention to what is actually happening, has been used for decades.

You are limiting yourself to physical strength in this statement. That doesn't equate to leadership.
