I really can't understand this phenomenon. Throughout the middle ages many Kings, Emperors and Sultans worked so hard to spread the teaching of the Jewish God, as if only the Jews could communicate with gods.

How could a Jewish God assimilate the other gods so easily?

It's the superiority of monotheism. Actually Judaism is the least effective by the terms you suggest (not necessarily the standard by which believers would rate their religions) because it has the least power (or least desire) to convert.
Islam and Christianity are the bigtime converters.
    And Buddhism.

Judaism is similar to Hinduism in that it solved the problems of polytheism and united a culture. Both monotheism and pantheism are able to do this-- the former by denying all other gods, the latter by incorporating them (one could argue that Catholicism at various times has done a little of both; Vodou involves incorporating various gods and spirits into the pantheon of saints).
Christianity, Buddhism, and Islam were created to be expansionary, to win over more converts.
Note that Christianity and Islam did not succeed with Jews and Buddhism did not succeed with Hindus. No accident. They succeeded by evangelizing to polytheists and animists.

Religion develops through a form of evolution. It's not about the specific religion, but the traits it has.

Perhaps a good place for you to start would be to learn if there is a difference between the ancient Israelites and the Jews; and to whom Christ said he was sent---and who those folks might be.

Simple. There are no other gods.

God is not a Jew. Jesus was only during the time of his humaness on earth.

There is no real mystery here. Islamo-Christianity is an imperial religion.

Not only by sword. Many galles (don't know how to spell it, anyway, the frankish people of Asterix) were converted because they were given a free white shirt. Many converted several times. It was not until later they were told they couldn't beat their wives any more.

Well the use of the word "Elohim" for one.

Not to mention the references to the Gods of other cultures as if they were real.

5 For even if athere are so-called gods whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords,

6 yet for us athere is but one God, bthe Father, cfrom whom are all things and we exist for Him; and done Lord, Jesus Christ, eby whom are all things, and we exist through Him.
    1 Corinthians 8:5–6

Seems to acknowledge other gods, however clearly states only one is to be recognized.

Please, you left out verse 4.

"As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one."

Context is everything. We do a disservice to the Word when we cherry pick. Let's view things in the scope of the entire Bible. For the NT believer we are not left to our own limited understanding, we have the Holy Spirit that indwells us that leads us to greater understanding and wisdom than one who is without. Oh, isn't this wonderful. Praise God.

Oh, God. Cannot man comprehend your Words? Must they continue to be
obstinate hanging on to their false leanings for fear of thee and to appease their fellow man who denies You?

View Wesley's Notes for Psalms 82:1

82:1 Standeth - To observe all that is said or done there. Mighty - Kings or chief rulers. By their congregation he understands all persons whatsoever of this high and sacred order. Judgeth - Passes sentence upon them. The gods - Judges and magistrates are called gods, because they have their commission from God, and act as his deputies.

A fabulous rationalization around the clear words of scripture.

I love it when the Bible proves so embarrassing that even Biblical literalists are compelled to rewrite it.

    Also a patently polytheistic idea.

Bible proves so embarrassing? Perhaps your username is misspelled. I think WrongKimArk would be more appropriate.

Apparently so. Why else would you rewrite it?

It was not written wrong, it's your understanding that is wrong.

God says "though shall have no other Gods before me" .. meaning that he was the only God the Israelites were to worship and not the other Gods.

God had help from other Gods making humans .. Let "US" make man in "our" likeness, in "our" image.

God tells the Israelites to send a donkey out to the God Azazil.

If there were no other Gods how could God be jealous of other Gods ?

Only to people who can not comprehend the belief because they do no reading on it.
