    Flaws in US perimeter defenses may or may not exist, but your Trump like disrespect and insults to the US military only highlights MAGA ignorance. I most certainly remember 9/11, those that planned it are dead. !!!!

    Your naivety about US military dedication is spent on your personal hang-ups, and I have little doubt your station on them is without useful knowledge on their capability. Those that you insult I would bet 2-1 against you they would walk all over you. :)

    The latest incarnation of Bibi is playing to a very different Israel than he was used to.

    If he thought having hundreds of thousands of Israelis/Arabs protesting against him was humiliating as Israel's leader, just wait.
    imo:
    He will never be forgiven for today or looked at as a "strong man".
    His PM days are numbered along with Israel's clusterfuck government.

    And you would lose that bet. I served in the United States Army 11M 3rd Bn 15th Inf Fort Stewart GA from 1994 to 1997, long before the pansification of the military and worrying about getting your feelings hurt.....

    Yes, my point was Israel pulled out of the West Bank and in response they got war. Fatah/Abbas still controls the West Bank and they're still batshit crazy. If they want another chance they need to make serious change that shows what happened before won't happen again. It's easy to say they should be given another chance when the rockets wouldn't be in range of your bed while you're sleeping. Are you willing to bet your life that it won't result in more lethal attacks? If not, why bet on the lives of others? If yes, you either need to learn more about the history or you're suicidal.

    Within the densely populated and isolated Gaza Strip, the correspondent said, the occupied territory is viewed as an open-air prison. Residents are separated from Israel by a militarized border and lack freedom of movement.

    People inside Gaza need permission to leave — either from Israel or the Egyptian government — which is difficult to obtain, Engel said.

    "If you are born in Gaza and you’ve done nothing except live there your whole life ... your life is to live there as a prisoner inside this territory," Engel said. "The amount of rage and anger that is there is directed at Israel."

    Hamas, he said, has presented its attacks as action taken in the name of justice and freedom.

    "They frame this as an act even of self-defense, that they are breaking out of their confines in order to show their oppressors — to give them a taste of their own medicine," he said.'

    Israel needs to go “Old Testament” on Hamas and Hezbollah while they are at it. And start cutting the supply line from Iran over through and under the other Middle East countries.

    Israel pulled out of the West Bank
    Israel has never pulled out of the West Bank. I suggest you look at a map over time and notice the areas Israel has annexed in the West Bank. The fact is, when a Palestinian in the West Bank commits a crime, Israel will seize the entire families property.

    I suspect Iran leaned on Hamas to attack Israel as a direct on Iran later.
    This is so big, it is beyond Hamas benefit Hamas coukd reap alone. I'll bet Iran has something cooking, and they want to strike while Biden in still in office.
    This is also Shia vs Sunni thing from the 600's with Israel and Saudi Arabia getting chummy.
