Jim Nash, the man who drove the car deliberately into a crowd was criminally and morally wrong. Don't ever doubt that. No one is giving you a strawman. You have received some good guidance. IOW, your killer had no exigent circumstances to drive into the crowd.
What the hell are you talking about? She was clearly hit by the terrorist NAZI's car and launched OVER the second car to land on its hood windshield. This isn't a ****ing movie, that's a good deal more than enough to kill a person in normal circumstances.
This video clearly shows that no pedestrians were attacking the car UNTIL it was clear that he was gunning to run through the crowd.
In what way? If they were peaceful they would of been hiking in the woods, out at the beach, enjoying their life's instead of trolling the minority Nazi drama queens.
The 8 felonies he is facing say differently. Here's hoping he gets life+ with no chance for parole. That would be one less sociopath walking the streets.
He's currently charged with something 8 felonies including the 2nd degree murders, multiple malicious woundings, multiple aggravated malicious woundings, and failure to stop in an accident that resulted in death. That doesn't mean he won't be charged with even more as the investigation continues.
He committed an intentional act to harm and kill others. He didn't just bump her in line. What a ridiculous attempt to defend a sociopath. He rammed his car into a crowd of people.
You're attempting to provide cover for a piece of **** that maimed and killed people in an act of terrorism.
Irrelevant. The attackers were wielding clubs, as shown in the video. This was not a peaceful protest, this was terrorist Antifa, who the girl who died was standing alongside.
That was a response to this: The woman on the windshield of the 2nd car clearly suffered a significant impact. I have seen nothing that effectively counters that Heather Heyer didn't suffer an impact. There is a good deal of confusion over who is who in the videos and pics. For instance the pic of the woman on the gurney who was said to have died is likely her, but no real guarantee. If it is, you can clearly see the blunt troma on her abdominal area. So the result is that a woman died, scores of others were injured, some very seriously by the intentional act of a man who identified as a NAZI. Unless there is new information that comes out, to let this man walk the Earth free again would be a tremendous travesty of justice.
She suffered something, but it wasn't the girl who died. If she is the only person who died then it can only be her. The logistics are odd - the car comes to a halt practically beside her, and was going at a slow pace prior to that. So it would have "hit" her with no risk of fatality, which at least suggests there was more to it than a simple death from injuries suffered in the hit, and since we know she had a heart condition there's no inconsistency there. Maybe the sight of the car caused her heart attack. Maybe her fury. Maybe an actual impact. There are also some weird claims going around that she didn't die from a heart attack. Her mother stated as such on camera, so I don't know why that is doing the rounds unless the claim is that her mother misled, which really would be a conspiracy theory. That she died from a heart attack is not a conspiracy theory (mods take note???). The driver will do time. The question is what for. Murder I think is doubtful. He can't escape less than driving with intent to cause potentially life-threatening injury. In the meantime, the absurd hyperbole will continue on both sides, each seeking to exploit this event for their own political ends.
I see, at most, one person swinging a club before the attack started. And even then, it is debatable whether or not he swung before the attack started. Yes, others swung clubs after the attack.
