You see, if Trump (or anyone else for that matter) had used threats to CUT oil supplies last year, we would have seen a price hike LAST YEAR. Of all the products we as consumers typically buy, oil is probably the single most price sensitive things there are, which is why when Texas floods, other states gas prices go up before those floods have had a chance to do actually do anything. It barely takes a week (and that's being generous) for oil supply dips or spikes to effect end user prices, though to nobody's surprise, end user prices respond even faster to dips than they do spikes, certainly not a year or more.

Bottom line is that you're just making up fancy sounding BS.

 

This is also a stupid thing to say. If your paycheck goes up by 100%, but inflation goes up by 200%, you have not received a raise. In a high position such as Secretary of Transportation during a transportation crisis, you betcha I don't think they should be going on sabbaticals but should out there all around the country meeting with heads of the logistics industry first hand and devoting their time to solving the problem, it's not a part time job. I think there is plenty of reporting why people choose not to get vaccinated, I've never read any one saying because Trump told them not to or something. I don't consider most blacks Trump supporters and they are one of if not the highest demographic group that has not gotten vaccinated, and it is WIDELY available to EVERYONE. Why haven't they?
