Of course, he impacted race relations for 50 years. Before Obama became President, no Black kid ever dreamed of becoming the President of the United States. Now there is a 50/50 chance that a Black woman might be POTUS. It will take another 8-10 white old guy as President before black kids stop dreaming to be POTUS.

 

Actually, now that I think about it, I finally get why you're under the delusion that racism was "dead" until Obama came around. It's so simple, you didn't have to live with any of the experiences that other groups of people, especially black people did and you didn't have to acknowledge it or look outside of your comfort zone, you lived in the same zone of ignorance and just assumed because nothing was happened to you, that means it wasn't happening.

 

country may be 50/50 but the new voters registration are significantly liberal then conservative.

 

See, a big part of the problem is that while Obama was telling his "bros" to vote for Kamala, the "bros" were thinking:

"so with Trump I saw real wage gains and actually had jobs being tossed at me like never before. Then brandon comes along and I'm once again under employed/unemployed, I see ILLEGAL MIGRANTS pouring across our border, and I can't afford to eat or put gas in my car. So, tell me again why I want to vote for Harris?"

In my opinion Obama hurt his own credibility and the credibility of his party with his stunt. He's shilling for the good of the democrats, not for the good of "his people".

Obama was incredibly divisive and working folks did not do well while he was in charge. Under Kackles and Bribed Joe, it got worse.

Voters Want To Turn the Page After 3 1/2 Years of Failure

And Obama trying to shame Black Men into voting for her, doesn't seem to be working.
