Well...If a male is doing drugs and in bad health he would be ill advised to store that sperm for future use. Getting a vasectomy significantly reduces the chance of eventually generating robust sperm as reversals are not always successful. By the same token, perhaps a male at his peak performance should store some sperm just in case however, I would still advise against a vasectomy.
