But if you link straight to that study, folks who read it will find that the levels of spike protein in the blood were extremely low, that this is pretty normal, and that the proteins clear quickly with a normal immune response. In fact, that study is just about measuring certain aspects of the the recipients' immune responses to the vaccine and not some alarming nonsense about negative effects from it. And the researchers admit that the small sample size (13) is a significant limitation of their study. Again, that's normal, but also something anyone should be wary of when trying to use it to extrapolate anything to the general public.

I noticed your link didn't have any studies or reports on "increased incidence of cancer and other organ disease directly related to the vaccine" as you originally claimed. Do you have a link to anything like that?

The only relation they have at your link is a study where mice were injected with enough spike protein to raise the amount in their blood to several micrograms/ml (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41593-020-00771-8 ). By comparison, the amount detected in the human study was between 37 and 89 picograms/ml at its peak (1 microgram = 1,000,000 picograms). Accounting for the difference in blood volume between a mouse (about 2 ml on average) and a human (about 5 liters), that's a difference in order of magnitude of around 9. In other words, to get the same concentration in a human that they achieved in the mice, you'd have to inject about 100 ml of spike protein at a concentration of several dozen mg/ml.

If no one was vaccinated there would be 19 times the number of people in hospital from Covid and 19 times the number of deaths to date. (Vaccine has resulted in 95% reduction in deaths and hospitilisation). That's in 18 months. Multiply that by 2.5 to 13 to cover your 5-20 years will give you the total casualties of Covid. A vaccine would be too late by then

False, the fall follows the natural progression of all respiratory viruses. The vaccinated can catch the virus. Nothing can stop it.

Given that cancer diagnosis (like lots of other areas of medicine) has been generally disrupted by the pandemic and the time it takes cancer to develop, even if there was any kind of impact, I find it difficult to believe that any increase as a result of COVID vaccination would be measurable in any statistics yet. Feel free to provide your sources though, I would be honestly interested.

 

In fact no one is ‘filling up the hospitals’. The delta variant is less deadly.

When ICUs are filled 90+% on a normal day and hospitals have expansion capability you are reading fear porn suited for clickbait. Hospitals are nowhere near what happened the first wave. The delta variant is less deadly.

 

True, perhaps, but it is always possible the correlation could be due to some extraneous factor. As they say, correlation does not necessarily imply causation. It could be for example that persons who are more likely to be cautious and avoid catching the disease were also more likely to choose to get the vaccine.

 

I wonder if allowing hospitals to bill the federal government for covid patients is causing people to be admitted who normally would not.
