First of all, I never mentioned a specific race, just the word race. What race were you thinking of?

Second, the left is consumed with race issues, it's in their DNA. They mention race, typically referring to a specific race, all the time. Every time they mention Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Equality, who do you think they're mostly talking about?

The liberals all over television media are having a little crying fit about this. The more liberals are upset the more it means things are going well for America.

 

The decisions means may issue is no longer viable. Shall issue is now the requirement, though states have some leeway in setting requirements for issuance.

I'd note that the state interest is governed by the strict scrutiny standard, the most restrictive in law, and NY won't get by making deliberately onerous rules for issuance of the permit.

In practice all US citizens are going to be able to obtain a concealed carry permit and carry in public. If private businesses want to restrict carry on their premises that's up to them, though I'm sure the beleaguered and embattled conservative minority in NYC will network sufficiently to allow a holder to go about their lives with a bit of selective patronage at amenable businesses.
