Holder vs. Racist Photo-ID Cards

There is no way to monitor. You aren't allowed to check IDs, so you have no way to confirm that the person voting is who they claim to be. There have been examples of people proving the holes in the system by successfully registering to vote under fake names.

Here is a great example.

Unless the authorities knew someone who was going to commit this crime and followed them from site to site, there is no way to catch fraud.

 

Look what up? Voter fraud IS a problem and there are simple steps such as requiring a photo ID to vote... which would cut down on it dramatically. They already do that here in Michigan.

This has nothing to do with skin color, so stop playing the race card again.

Does not harm the elderly either that's a stupid assumption.

One could argue the poor, but there are steps that could be taken in that area. Most poor people have an ID already. You need one to purchase beer, tobacco and other products.

As for college students... hell (*)(*)(*)(*)ing no. I never knew one college student who didn't have an ID... let alone a drivers license. I never had any trouble with an ID in college and I always vote/voted.

It's not that hard to get a license once every 5 years or whatever it is.

People against this are FOR voter fraud. They want illegal immigrants and other people who vote democrat in droves.

 

Alright then, I'm surely not going to go round-and-round with you or anyone else about this nonsense.

Either we implement a NATIONAL ID system, or not. Otherwise, make darned certain that the freakin' laws we put into place to combat "voter fraud", actually work and that those who are eligible to vote are able to do so readily. Getting a PHOTO ID should NOT be as cumbersome to attain, as has OBVIOUSLY been documented/reported in recent articles. I and few other Americans will tolerate large GROUPS of people NOT being able to vote (especially THIS year), because some sinister jerks have implemented laws which do no more than serve as a hurdle or barrier to attaining a "right" spelled out in our U.S. Constitution. Hell... one can go out and procure VERY POWERFUL WEAPONS and be no more identified than the guy walking across the parking lot at Walmart. Yet, stupid Americans are worried about a FAR LESS than 1% (statistically speaking) voter fraud rate in this nation.

And while we're at it, fix and prove that the possible HACKING problem with the voting machines are worked out. (We're talking about possibly millions of votes getting tweaked around with THAT problem.)

Other than that, I hope/pray ANYONE who cheats at voting (in ANY way), gets caught and punished severely.

Actually something that I encountered a few years ago was quite interesting. There were a few junior troops that I knew of who voted absentee in their home state and voted locally based on their current state. They were shocked when they learned that this is voter fraud.

Nothing was done because they were never officially caught. You could try it if you wanted. Submit your ballot request to your home of record and register locally based on your current address. I guarantee nothing will be done and both will be approved.

All you need to register is a name and an address. The address need not be unique - any number of people can share one address - so you could also register several times under different names in your current address. Just spread out your visits to the polling center and no one will even notice.

 

Okay, so it isn't racism. The problem is that Johnny C. and others have a strong vested interest in maintaining dead people voting, foreign nationals voting, and people voting repeatendly.

The racists are dead set on maintaining power and Eric Holder is one of the leading racist in the most racist administration in years. Threatening their ability to commit voter fraud is partisan. President Obama paid ACORN over $800,000 in the last election and in this cycle he's paid them, and their surrogates, even more but it's taxpayer money.

Protect the integrity of the system and reject racism with voter IDs.

As a military member, you probably have at least two legitimate forms of ID - your CAC and your driver's license.

Most people already have driver's licenses or at least state IDs. All that would be required is to offer free state IDs to people and it would take care of the handful of people who don't have some other ID.

 

I'm not talking about just "me" in these posts, and I think you should know that.

Here's the real problem. The Black Panthers who are so helpful at the Polling Places don't like their picture taken, and this would not be helpful to Obama, as they really "get out the vote". we do want to give him every chance, don't we?

Leave IDs with the states, but require states to offer free IDs to people who need them.

I refer to the Constitution regularly; and I don't pretend to be an expert interpreting it (as many do).

So, what is it that you interpret from the 10th Amendment, which make a National ID illegal.

All I know is, these various "States" had better be VERY careful about their actual reasons for impeding voters (I KNOW the Constitution covers voting).

 

You state the left wing talking point that voter ID impedes voting when in fact the left would probably benefit from illegal voting, especially with non citizens.

The real question is why you defend illegal voting?

 

Prove that voter fraud is the problem you THINK it is. The stats I've seen on it don't show what you and others are claiming.
