It was a general statement to national events.

Seeing that California hasn’t banned abortion it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to ascertain that the specific state from the OP was being discussed.

I also specifically said “guess what’s coming” — which indicates future events and not current ones.

“Weak sauce” doesn’t begin to identify what just happened here.

So when California votes for a Dem president, why do republicans call fraud if CA is indeed a deep blue state?

Because no juveniles have ever broken the law before, right?
The kids were a mob and moved with the dynamics of a mob. The government wasn't 'raising' them. They're not feral.

I don't know that we can sit here and say that these kids were liberals but what we can say is that about 20 years of liberal ideology has caused behavior like this to accelerate.

If you lived there and it is deep blue, you are obviously a lefty. According to you.

    " Lived " - ed.

Just thought I would point out the past tense there.
Plus regardless of the time frame I don't think calling a state deep blue means that everyone that resides there is blue

But that was the conclusion the OP drew.

I don't agree with his assumption that it can be automatically assumed that they were all liberals but this sort of behavior has certainly been exacerbated by liberal policies.

They embolden criminals and their behavior with their lack of consequences and excuses for their behaviors

And yet red states have the most murders and poverty...
    https://www.thirdway.org/report/the-two-decade-red-state-murder-problem
    • "Even when murders in the largest cities in red states are removed, overall murder rates in Trump-voting states were 12% higher than Biden-voting states across this 21-year period and were higher in 18 of the 21 years observed."

How about we stop pretending unruly teens is a new thing, or caused by Dem or GOP politics. Was the Florida shooting on Monday a direct result of Republican policies? Such claims are beyond naive, and yet its always the first thing that comes out of the partisan minds.

One of these incendiary progressives bore an uncanny resemblance to a stiletto-shod Nancy Pelosi who is notorious for manhandling jarheads!

Wow... Talk about exaggerating reality! How about parent's take some responsibility for their actions and use contraception versus using abortion as a means of contraception. And absolutely zero people want to "ban" healthcare! Matter of fact, many conservatives are for expansion of medicare for anyone who wants it.

Making contraceptives more available is most effective way to reduce abortions, and that should be the focus, but many States have opted to criminalize abortion instead.

Abortion is healthcare as defined, an the Medicare expansion has been fought against by Republicans for almost a decade.

Can you tell me which part of the sentence “republicans are forcing more parents to have children they do not want” is exaggerating reality?

No one is talking about what happened, it's just pathetic political bickering.

None of you give a **** about what happened here.

It was a scuffle, but of course FOX sells it as "horrific event".

I actually agree with you here. Some states have gone righteous the other direction (my state is a prime example), allowing abortions up to birth with zero exceptions. I'd be more than willing to find a happy medium between the two radical ideologies.

Republicans are not forcing anyone to conceive a child. If people are not wanting children, then people should take reasonable steps to ensure that they do not get pregnant. BTW.... I'm all for Plan B.

And what is the excuse for rapes individuals, individuals that cannot consent or with individuals that protection fails?

That sounds like an excellent strategy though, you are mandating people you have deemed irresponsible to carry children to term that they do not want. You think society looks bad now, just wait.

There should be exceptions for sure. You also seem to be under the false assumption that all states have banned abortion, when the reality is that the majority of states still have it legal.. with some so legal, you can abort the baby up to the day of birth..
